The alleged manager was no where t/b/found the ENTIRE weekend when we had a conference at this hotel! UNACCEPTABLE! Bar/Restaurant only had ONE waiter.

The families were perfect. Shower drain was clogged.

Didn't like having to pay for parking. Area didn't feel safe for walking. Bar food only available- no restaurant. Three miles from places to get food, and the drive to get there was a bit challenging. No microwave

The room was very nice and looks like it was recently updated. Bedding and bathroom also looked updated. They offer complimentary coffee until 10 or 10:30 I believe, which I wish I knew, but the time we came down & tried to grab a cup they were packing up. We did try the breakfast buffe which I honestly did not like, I think they can do much better. Had to keep looking for someone every time I wanted something or had a question. Besides this minor detail, we enjoyed our stay, and would go back if we were in the neighborhood again. We just stayed for one night. Didn't get to check out the pool. Lobby was nice and clean and updated.

The outside appearance was ok. Once you walk through the front doors, everything changed. It was beautiful! My room was spotless and felt luxurious! Very comfortable bed and ac was cold!
