We wanted to stay at this hotel for the night while traveling through the U.S., and it met our expectations. Breakfast was standard by American standards. We had a room for two adults and a sofa bed for the kids; however, the sofa bed wasn’t ready upon our arrival—it wasn’t made up and was missing a pillow—but after we brought it to the attention of the front desk, the issue was resolved.

I had black hair in my bathroom sink and black hair on the bathroom floor. The price for one night was over $--- I had no toothpaste. Just the little things for that price would be nice.

I booked the 2 Queen bed room based on the pictures shown online, which clearly made it look like there was a separate sitting room outside the main bedroom. However, when we arrived, there was no extra sitting room at all. I paid over $500 plus for one night because the pictures made it seem like I was booking a larger, nicer suite. I feel the photos were misleading and did not accurately represent the room we received. It was disappoiting on the whole.

I was only visiting overnight but found everything really comfortable and clean. Use of the pool/hot tub was also great with access to the gym’s locker room and sauna. Parking was easy and only a minimal fee.

Check in staff were very friendly and helpful. Lobby was modern and clean. Elevators were smooth. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Pool was large and had a hot tub. On-site restaurant was convenient and the carne asada fries were amazing.
