    Very convenient and clean

We had a suite that smelled of mold and the carpet felt damp.

Check in experience wasn’t good. They gave us a room that was occupied and we walked in on someone. Breakfast was only offered until 9:30am. Rooms are dated.

We had paid extra because we were 5 people. We arrived at 11:30PM and the extra bedroom wasn’t ready. No sheets or blankets on it. It took 30 minutes for someone to bring them up. We had to make the bed Don’t recommend this place

The manager, Mike, and the front desk clerk, Shadat, were amazing. Very friendly and helpful. No complaints at all. - M Habib

    Very friendly

He was trying to buy water from me as I walked in and started yelling when I refused. I asked the front desk if they were going to call the police but they went out and told him to leave instead. He did leave. They said he was a regular fixture. That should NOT happen on hotel property.

Central location and the staff is very helpful.

The Hotel was an excellent choice for our trip back to our hometown of Binghamton, NY. Hotel has gone under a big renovation since the “old days” of the Holiday Inn. Staff was fine responding to our needs and rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Room was very small, bathroom was nice. Our room was missing peep hole cover, I was given a post-it note as a fix. Not a coffee snob, but the coffee was awful, basically brown water.

Loved the location. Staff was very friendly and the room was comfortable. The only issue was some hairs in the bathroom that definitely didn't belong to me and a showerhead that I had to duck to get under. The showerhead was particularly funny because I am only 5'8. That has never happened to me before.

    Rooms were clean and modern.

Hotel was clean. Comfortable beds. My pillows did not smell fresh. I felt the pillow cases were used but not change for my visit. I Like sheets and cases to be washed , dried and replaced for every hotel guests.

The room was so disgusting … there was the weird piece of furniture in the middle of the floor that housed the fridge, the a/c never got below 71 or 72 so we didn’t sleep well & the smell was HORRIBLE. The bathroom floor was so slick that you had to be extremely careful walking in there & it smelled horrible. Smelled like housekeeping has been mopping with nasty mops. We were only gonna be there to sleep so I chose not to complain about the smell & just deal with it. For the price I was charged for that room tho, that was absolutely ridiculous! (Made us even more sad that the Double Tree was booked up!)

Nice pool, clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast.

Housekeeping was wonderful, as was all the staff.

The hotel was fine and the room spacious and clean...but there were rowdy folks near us, who banged, played music, and talked really loud until midnight. We called the front desk and they said they'd send security up. It was handled, eventually, but not a great night! The next morning, one of our "neighbors" on the 5th floor was having a psychotic break! He was in the hall, yelling at the top of his lungs & banging on a nearby door. I called the front desk and was put on hold, perhaps because they were calling the police, which is what I did next. I'm happy to say the police arrived and "escorted" the man out of our area. This is not meant to blame the hotel in any way. I believe they did their best to handle both situations, but I think it's important to mention that this was not a relaxing visit! I will say that we had an excellent meal, out on the patio. This was a treat, after spending the day traveling. Sitting by the river was really pleasant. My suggestion for making meals even better is to put some effort into making the patio more inviting. Tables & chairs were all "askew," needed wiping, and had no place settings or anything on them. There were no pots of flowers or anything out there, other than tables & chairs.

The hotel's restaurant had a unique and delicious summer menu. However, my salad greens had furry mold on them, and one of our water glasses had lipstick and fingerprints on it.

Wonderful staff. Clean and comfortable room. Great breakfast.
