Bird in Hand Family Inn

This place was perfect for my son. Was pleasantly surprised by the property amenities. My son loved the pools and outside area. Staff was very friendly and attentive.

So it was 100 degrees outside and it was like an oven in the room. There was NO running water to take a shower. Also the toilet wouldn’t flush and it stunk in there. The blackout went into the next day so we just packed everything and left af 8:09am. This size Hotel should invest in a back-up generator for these kinda things. A refund would be kinda nice!!

Room had bugs in it shower was tiny could barely fit and on top of that power went out ac and toilet wouldn’t work so we had to leave a day early terrible time

My family and I had a great time this week visiting the Bird in Hand Family Inn. Our kiddos loved the petting zoo, playground and swimming pools. At night we enjoyed playing mini golf and the gardens within there were so beautiful. The rooms are very clean and nicely decorated. The free tour was wonderful and we had a great time visiting PA Dutch Country area. The Inn was a really special place when I visited there as a young adult and it was so great to go back years later and still enjoy it!

The front desk staff was pleasant. The property itself was very well maintained. The pools, recreation areas, mini golf were great. The hotel room we stayed in was ok, the mattresses were not the greatest, they need updating and the room itself had lots of visible wear and tear and smelled a bit musty. We were grateful for a quiet place to sleep after a long day of travel. Thank you!

Location and free tour , this place is hard to beat.

Nice place to stay with kids. The 2 indoor pools were fun, and we loved feeding the arcade games quarters.

The room was clean. Easy to get to pool and front desk. Many amenities for the kids. 3 pools plus hot tub. Petting zoo. Basketball. Playground. Mini golf. Fire pit. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Farmers market next door. Highly recommend

i liked the option of a soft, fluffy pillow among the others on the bed. Several options for pools from the outdoor pool to the large hot tub to the pool for serious swimmers. The Inn was very nice overall.

Always a great place to stay with a wonderful Staff and great amenities.

We only stayed one night but staff could not have been kinder. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The restaurant one the property needs improvement on there food.

Polite and courteous staff, nice selection of amenities including recreation, petting zoo, mini golf options, etc. The room was a bit outdated but comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the prime location close to everything and the relaxed family atmosphere of the property. A great place to call home away from home while in the area 😊.

I’ll stay here anytime! The only thing is that the pools have too much chlorine, but other than that the pools are great! The hotel staff were wonderful. The hotel is a little outdated, but that didn’t change anything at all with the stay.

Very clean hotel. The staff very friendly. It was a great home base to see all the sundering countryside.
