All excellent!

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and appeared to have been recently updated. The mini fridge was a nice size and very convenient. While the bathroom could use a few updates, it was clean and functional. We did notice that a couple of the towels had some staining, but it didn't affect our overall experience. For anyone looking for a simple place to stay for one or two nights, especially adults, this hotel is a good option. We appreciated our stay and would consider returning for a short visit.

Muy bueno

I understand the place is tired and the price reflects that but there needs to be a pride ownership and hospitality where the cleaning is checked by the owner as well as the maintenance. Linens on one of the bed were soiled by The pillow area thank goodness the other bed was clean, toiletries from prior guest left in the shower. Floors sticky. Shower had a leak at the shower head and I actually turned it to have the water leak stay in the shower area versus hit the bathroom floor. Some of the outlets need to be replaced as they have burn marks and potentially a hazard. The place needs a fresh set of eyes as with some improvements and where it is located, it should do much better

My reservation was cancelled without cause or notice. No contact from the hotel regarding problem with my reservation. When we arrived at the hotel to check in we were notified they cancelled the reservation. Very, very poor communication and customer service. We will NEVER use this hotel again!!!

They barely had breakfast. The room smelt strong like mold. The fridge didn't work. They took a 50 dollar fee up front and i still haven't gotten my refund. The guy in the morning was rude and tried to say I didnt give a deposit. I argued with him and showed him proof. It's not owened by Amish or the farm house that's displayed. It's just a casual run down inn

This is a wonderful no frills small hotel. It was very clean, the water was hot with good water pressure, and the staff was very nice.

At check in I was charged $50 for a security deposit then the owner asked me for my credit card again and charged me again. I brought up my credit card app and showed him he charged me 2 times. He argued with me and said it would take care of itself. When we checked out the next day he credited one of the $50 but the other one remained on my account. I had to open a dispute with my credit card company, they saw I was charged 1 time and credited 1 time so they closed the case. I called the hotel and spoke to the owner and he was very nasty and said he owed me nothing. I had to open another case with my credit card company for the $50. It is not about the money but the principle. I would not recommend this place due to sketchy practices.

The room was clean. However, the mirrors were very smeared. Not clean at all. The commode sat very low and was difficult for an older person to use. The staff was friendly. Parking was great.

If you want a small cozy place away from the traffic away from the city noise and highway this definitely is a place to be. If you are on the east side of the building, beautiful sunrise over oversees the old Amish house with true country and smells of Lancaster County.

Currently, I am homeless and this motel has been able to provide a warm bed to sleep. The staff is nice and helpful. The complaints I have is the leaky toilet, the leaky AC, and the broken freezer. Also, no batteries in the remote to watch TV. Luckily, I have my phone. I paid $52/night, so I was not surprised
