Great location and family friendly! The Restaurant on premises was mediocre at best. I would not recommend for dinner.

The facilities and grounds were gorgeous. It had a Victorian/Titanic-like feel. My room was better than expected. It was spacious, comfortable and regal. The staff were pretty accommodating. The hotel was also conveniently located near the main attractions. There may have been slight problems with the bedding. I am not sure the pillow cases were new. Additionally, it would have been nice to have a complimentary breakfast. It would also be helpful if the hotel offered room service. I enjoyed the hot tub and pool. However, one suggestion I have is that more "Adult Only" only hours are provided for the hot tub/pool area. They had an "Adult Only" time frame of 10 p.m. - 12 a.m. I did not think that was completely fair to the adult guests that are staying there. Some people don't enjoy going down to the pool/hot tub area at such late hours. I think there should be more time allocated to the "Adult Only" swim. I enjoyed the food at the restaurant but felt that there should have been more selections.

The hotel's décor is lovely The guest room bathrooms need to be a bit cleaner, and the pool area mats and cushions should be replaced; they look far too old and unpleasant

Would definitely recommend, looks amazing and is very well kept. My only issue is the fact you aren't told they don't clean the rooms daily or bring fresh towels without asking. But I would still return for another stay.

I the facilities were fabulous. The ducks added a live touch to the place the Furnishings were gorgeous. Even the shower curtain was special! Nothing!!

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary it was a bucket list for her. The rooms were clean and thr atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We will definitely be back!
