Fabulous breakfast. Decent soundproofing in the rooms. Staff is kind and efficient. The lock on the door to our room was wonky, but I reported it as we were leaving and suspect it will be fixed before the next guest books the room.

Location was good. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent. Wi-Fi didn’t work in our room. Staff didn’t know why. They were unable to move us to a different room. Lighting in bathroom was very dim. There was mold on the ice bucket lid.

The breakfast was very good—great variety, well stocked, very attentive hostess! The room was larger than expected and included a sitting area. The facility was clean and quiet! The shower didn’t work properly.

After giving me 2 of each bottles, she asked me in a professional tone" if I have sufficient shampoo and conditioning? and I told her, Thank you! Her attitud and unprofessional and derogatory demeanor was the reason for my #3 evaluation.

Room was clean and spacious. Soundproofing in the hotel seemed good. Breakfast was fabulous!

Well maintained property. Refreshing. Hallway and breakfast room carpets had several dirty places. Housekeeping had a couple minor flaws: cracked soap dish, dirty baseboard next to toilet, but otherwise this property appears well built and well maintained. Breakfast: Bad reconstituted concentrated liquid coffee and pasteurized egg mixture could have been better. Even though room coffee was name brand, the brewer made weak coffee. Property has won many franchisee awards and I see why.

2nd stay here...convenient location to so much! All staff members we encountered were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast pretty good and pool temp was comfortable, although pool area could be warmer! Rooms comfortable!
