Comfort Inn Lancaster at Rockvale

Have stayed in this area for several years and have stayed previously at this property. Clean room, knowlagable and helpful staff, above average food. Reasonable price.

It was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. The room adequate and the breakfast was good.

Parking was safe. Check in clerk outstanding!! He went out of his way to put myself and family next to you as we both had power outages at our homes.

Super clean room, comfortable bed and pillows, quiet room, easy check in and out.

Bed was comfortable! I was only there cause we lost power from storms in our area !

Clean room, ok breakfast and pleasant staff

A clean serviceable room at a fair price. I would recommend and stay there again. Plenty of of places to eat nearby.

Breakfast included sausage links and eggs both mornings, as well as waffles for hot food. Other items included bagels, muffins, fruit, etc.

Great location for hitting the local sites, but the hotel is kind of old and a little outdated. The air conditioner in my room leaked condensation into the carpet, but given the outdoor temperature of 100 degrees, it was a relief to have. Guests were swimming in the outdoor pool. Complimentary breakfast was not very appealing. Plenty of hot water for showering, though.

The only down fall was the toilet was to low

Excellent location. Access to many restaurants and 2 shopping outlets. Tangers and Rockvale. Most you can walk to. Hotel is set back and away from noise. Staff was very friendly and efficient. My room was clean and comfortable.

Room.had NO shower gel in bathroom.

Floors in room could be a little cleaner. Had an issue with small ants by air conditioner and was immediately offered another room. We didn't need another room. They just came in and sprayed and took care of it. Beds very comfortable. Coffee and tea available 24 hours was great. Great decaf coffee.

The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. We loved the lady who checked us. She was great! Room was clean and the park area was clean as well. Overall, a excellent stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Clean and convenient to attractions. The breakfast was very good with a diverse selection of food. 👍👍
