Comfort Inn Lancaster at Rockvale

The room needed to be deep cleaned as there was mold in the tap fixtures.

This place was clean,great beds, good breakfast , fresh towels trash collected everyday, ice nearby, staff helpful. The only thing it lacked was charging station for newer IPhones.

Excellent hotel. Very clean, helpful and friendly staff, great location. The free breakfast was good and fresh. Definitely will stay again.

Breakfast area was nice

Needed an accessible bathroom… the staff inadvertently ignored that request in the reservation…Upon check in they made a substitution but the bathroom was lacking in stability. Toilet seat was not the correct size for the commode and was attached to toilet incorrectly so it slipped. No stable grab bars either.

Room was dated especially the bathroom. we had a bug in our room, only spotted 1 who knows it there were more.

We had a wonderful day. The staff is extremely helpful.

Was not happy with staff. Got there 8:45 pm had to wait keep calling for front desk help to check in. Was a long day drive. Asked for a quiet area cause hotel booked. We got in room. And for whatever reason someone continued banging out in the hallway in front of our door… To me it was just because I asked to have a quiet room… But I’ll never know I didn’t complain, but I would never stay there again very rude front end worker

The place was clean and the amenities such as the pool were well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful… for the price point this hotel was a good value. I would definitely stay again.

Location was good and it was set back from the main highway enough to feel more isolated. Decent breakfast with waffles, eggs, etc. Spacious in the king room, at a reasonable rate. Door stuck and hit the casing whenever it was opened or shut. Shower had good pressure but was slippery, no non-slip mat. Toilet and furniture were quite low to the floor, other than the bed, making it difficult to get off from them.

This is my 7th time there in 2 years . I was just there the last two saturdays. On both occasions the bathroom sinks were backed up / clogged / water took forever to go down Also once again I requested my receipt notttt be placed under our room door. They assured me it won’t but again at 5:30am , the paper was slipped under the door.

Location was great. Close to everything needed. The bed were also comfortable. Humidity in 1 of our rooms were high. The bathroom door didn't shut in one room and the main door was wasnt great, had to give it a good shuv with your shoulder to open and close it. The price was high compared to some others in the area.

Location and value for cost of room Low toilets and sinks, no stairs by outside entrance at end of building. Long walk to my room on 2nd floor which was at the end of the hallway. When I parked my car at the entrance at that end of the building I had to walk all the way back to elevator and stairs and then the walk back on the 2nd floor to my room. The parking at doors closest to rooms only makes sense for 1st floor.

Great breakfast, clean, big room, convenient to shopping and eateries. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.
