Our overall experience was great but the room was little dirty we could see some crumbs under the furniture. Breakfast was great so many varieties🤗

I could not find a firm pillow.

The room was clean and spacious. The couch was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good, waffles, eggs, sausage links, etc. There was a pool and very friendly and helpful staff.

Clean room, toilet handle was broken so had to be very careful when flushing. They only had one elevator and it was very slow moving. Cleaning staff used the same elevator as guest so was very long wait to exit or enter room areas.

Everything was acceptable - no complaints - We got there later than expected but the front desk was ready for us & got us checked in & room keys quickly - Also got our dog Lucky checked in just as quickly. We had to 2 enjoyably filled days outside the hotel so mostly just showered & slept there. Watched a little World Cup futball

“We do not rent to locals” When I went to check in I was refused service .. Because I was a Local. They said the tourists do not want any loud noise. I’m a 64 year old women. Traveling alone and exhausted. What flippin noise was I to make. He refused My PAID RESERVATION !!!!! You should be ashamed of your hotel and the front desk staff.

The hotel front staff they were super awesome, the bathrooms toilet and shower black built up and they weren’t not to clean and under the beds they never seem a vacuum

Convenient location. Good value. 3 guests stayed in the room, no linens or blankets for use of pull out sofa. When room service was called there was no answer.

Great hotel for the price. Staff were great.

The pool was a perfect height for my little ones. I took advantage of the pool, and gym while I was at the location. Breakfast was a decent continental breakfast which my family enjoyed. This hotel is the perfect location near many restaurants, shopping center, and Dutch Wonderland. I plan to make this my go to location when I visit Pennsylvania.

How so nice and clean, and big rooms

Staff was very welcoming. Breakfast buffet was good. Great location. Very clean hotel with alot of space. Will def stay here again Beds were not very comfy and was very noisy every time you moved around. Also the air conditioning was very noisy throughout the night but everything else was top notch.
