Service was very good. Quick and easy check in.

Parking was good. The hotel was close to several restaurants. Breakfast was okay but not enough variety.

The room is clean

I loved everything about this place. The location, the amenities, how close things are and the Service was top tier, The Ladies and the 1 Gentleman that worked the front check in desk, were top tier and answered all and every question i had and super helpful on sights and things to do in the area. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking to go to Lancaster. I just wish i remembered their names and for that i am sorry. Nothing negative to say at all. My family and i will definitely come back again.

The rooms are very clean the only problem for me was no place to put your non hanging clothes, staff very helpful and polite, excellent amount of parking and last breakfast was ok pancake makers always empty not enough variety of foods not your down south kind of breakfast but overall we would stay there again.

Only stayed 1 night, pool was closed for cleaning. Water looked very milky. Room thermostat did not work. AC ran non stop making the room very cold. The rest of the stay was fine. Good location.

This hotel was very clean, check in and out were quick and the room was quiet. The pool was a bit of a disappointment only in that there was so much chlorine in the water, your eyes began to burn and turn red. Some of us didn't even get in the water. We lasted 20 minutes and then left. It was definitely overkill.

The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was great overall good experience.

Otherwise, the hotel is located central to all the attractions. Breakfast is good, although the day we left, the coffee was cold (at 5am and the desk clerk was just sitting at a breakfast table with his phone and computer) One of the drawls of this hotel is that they are dog friendly, even though we didn't end up traveling with our dog this last trip. We would stay here again if we were travelling with our dog, but we will probably look for a more economical option if the dog stays home.

Everything was great! Clean room, staff, breakfast, parking.

Hotel was nice but no coffee pot or microwave in room ( which should be stated in amenities) will make me look for different place to stay.

Room was smaller than hoped for but great location for 3 days of activities.Staff is kind and good at their jobs . Breakfast is full of choices for my vegan tastebuds and my t rex husband . Definitely a modern stay in an Amish surrounding

Front staff is excellent,helpful,friendly...

The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the facility itself was questionable. The pool looked very murky and questionable. The gym was very nice and clean and spacious. The room itself was ok, but note there is no microwave in the room, that can be an inconvenience.

Justice was so welcoming and helpful when he checked us in. Pool was decent. Room was smaller then I thought, but big enough.

Great location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms.

Haven't stayed here in awhile when we walked inthe desk clerk welcomed us back . Deana was as Gracious this time as the first time we met her. Our room was nice but the Ac unit didn't work properly and was loud . Other than that our stay was good and hope to go back again soon
