Tru by Hilton Lancaster East

Eggs and pancakes were good. Not a sausage person. Was looking for bacon. Overall my stay was good.

It was a nice place. I would stay again.

We will be back to this hotel!

This hotel isn’t a nice location with most of the attractions within a short drive. The rooms were clean and I didn't hear a lot of noise at night. The staff was extremely nice and very helpful. I enjoyed the free coffee/tea that’s in the lobby 24/7. The only negatives I have are the beds were hard, the pillows weren’t the best, and I wish breakfast would be offered a little bit later in the morning.

Exceptional

The hotel is interesting. For example, check-in/breakfast/foosball machines are all in the same open plan room. Noisy, cheerful or annoying - all of the above. The room was clean and agreeable and plenty of outside space to walk the dog. The hotel is close to the attractions we wanted to visit, has plenty of parking and has many dining options in close proximity. We enjoyed our stay. Malfunctioning elevators were a nuisance at busy times.

Superb

Todo muy bien y totalmente recmendado

Location of breakfast was good. Need more gluten free items. Even prepackaged items would be good. After I made reservatio , I discovered priceline and Expedia were half the price. Could not cancel reservation or get any credit.

Staff was friendly and efficient.

Breakfast was good but the eggs were a little overcooked. No microwave! The pillows are flat.

As far as house keeping i wasn't satisfied. On my second night when I returned to the room I discovered it wasn't serviced. Waist baskets were not emptied and our used towels were not replaced with clean ones. The main entrance of the hotel had a garbage bin full to the top and over stuffed with garbage . Same on the first floor as you approach the gym entrance door. Also on the first floor there was no toilet tissue plus garbage cans full to the top. The manager of this department is definitely not focused on the maintenance staff.

Room was clean.

Location Small room. No refrigerator, out dated

Room was small also a/c would work on and off. The pillows were way too soft , worn and smelled like construction sight.

Good Waiting in pancake line

Breakfast Hard bed. Room was small

Good breakfast. Nice shower Room was very small. No storage (closet). Tiny tables. Bed was hard

The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The breakfast was what i would call an average hotel breakfast.

Our room super clean, but some common areas apparently not vaccuumed in days.
