The accommodations were modern and clean, with a comfortable bed that ensured a good night’s sleep. The hotel’s location was convenient. Overall, I highly recommend Tru by Hilton Lancaster East for anyone visiting the area. It strikes a great balance between comfort, modern amenities, and affordability. I look forward to staying here again in the future!

Sheets were stained, pillow cases pool was not cleaned properly needs improvement

We went to the pool and initially there were no towels but we contacted the staff and the issue was resolved quickly. The breakfast was okay but we have had better selections in the past at different hotels that offered breakfast.

Great stay

Everything was comfortable and amazing

We stayed there overnight and couldn’t sleep because it was kids running up and down the halls all night and slamming doors. When we finally dozed off it was about and 1/2 before breakfast was over. Asked about paying for extended stay and was told they didn’t offer it but allow children to run, jump and play in common areas of the hotel as in where you eat your breakfast. Would not recommend

This was our second time staying at a Tru Hotel, but first time in Lancaster. The room was clean, but only issue was the bathroom door was warped from the humidity. Overall the place was reasonably located for our stay in Lancaster. Breakfast was okay, out of the 4 days we stayed the eggs were not really that great and steamed - but served its purpose.

Great experience and Deena st the front desk was fantastic!

Location was great. Very convenient to restaurants and shopping. Generally felt like the property was not maintained well. Rooms were not throughly cleaned. Bathroom still had soap in the tub from previous guest. Hallways had lots of small pieces of debris everywhere. Needed to be vacuumed. Covid is over rooms need to be serviced daily with beds made and towels replaced. Paid a premium price to stay at a Hilton property. Expect premium service. Not a fan of picking up towels at the front desk daily.

Good location easy to get in and out of . Lots of things in walking distance of the property. Was on the 3rd floor heard whoever was above us sounded like they were coming through the ceiling.

The room was clean and the bathroom was very nice. I was surprised at the hallways were looking dingy and worn. Carpets were lifting in areas, and the room doors and hallway walls were dingy. There was a large area for the breakfast which was better than some but mostly gone 45 minutes before the end of time. The pool was nice but the water was cold. We requested two close rooms but got two different floors. Ok for a short stay but lacked warmth for a longer stay.
