Room was absolutely disgusting. Had to clean and disinfect the remote as it was sticky with grime. There were no towels. The room smelled horrible. Just touching the sheets felt gross.

When she finally returned, she tried to charge me $40 for early check-in, even though I had called ahead and was told the fee was $30. I explained this and also asked if the fee could be waived because we had already been left waiting for 20 minutes. Instead, she lowered the fee to $15. Then we were told that the holding fee had to be paid in cash, so we had to use an ATM to withdraw the money. Once we finally got to our room, it was filthy, smelled bad, and the air conditioner was damaged. It was around 100 degrees outside, so having a working air conditioner was essential. We called the front desk, waited another 30 minutes, and were eventually moved to another room. Unfortunately, the second room was also dirty. The elevator was absolutely disgusting and had an extremely foul odor. On top of everything else, there was no soap in the room’s dispenser. Thankfully, I had brought my own. We were fortunate to be out for most of the weekend because we only needed the hotel as a place to sleep and shower. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Between the poor service, inconsistent fees, cash-only holding fee, dirty rooms, broken air conditioning, lack of basic supplies, and terrible odors throughout the property, I would not stay here again.

Staff was friendly enough. The room was a bit dirty. Stains on the floors. Kind of didn't want to touch anything. The halls and stairs were gross. But you get what you pay for I suppose

There was no breakfast provided. The room was filthy, and dusty.

We stay there often on our buying trips Good parking

They charged me for something I did not use because they do not have any more rooms. There was an ODP soccer tournament.

close to all food sources or things to do it smelled like dogs in the room n only two pillows per bed it was a little uncomfortable

Bad

There was no coffee or breakfast The people living in Establishment cooking on the sidewalk or sitting underneath us on sidewalk all day and night smoking. Floor not very clean and pillows need to be updated asap.
-
The room was decent but only had 2 pillows per bed and only one towel in the room for 3 people. The pool area had broken chairs with cigarette burn holes in them and cigarette butts all over the corner. Definitely could use better cleaning services.

Parking is a bit limited, especially during busier hours. The rooms could also use some updating and modernization. The bed sheets appeared old and had visible stains/marks that looked like they no longer come out even after washing. The room itself had a somewhat old/funky smell, and the Wi-Fi experience was poor and unreliable during my stay. Overall, it’s an okay place for a short stay, but management should consider investing more back into the property to improve cleanliness, room quality, and guest comfort.

Bed bugs and bed are dirty and not well kept we had bugs everywhere and we bought our own bed sets just because they couldn't refund us at all and we had only one option and stay

Upon arrival, I went to use the toilet. To my disgust the toilet was filthy. The receptionist sent someone to clean the toilet. I then discovered that the toilet simply did not work - it would not flush. The receptionist changed my room.
