Room was old and needs to be refreshed! Room smelled like Marijuana! Mattress was old and needs to be replaced! TV in room didn’t work! My room was never cleaned!
-
the room was clean, staff was friendly, we had a truck and trailer and had no issues with parking.

Staff were nice and helpful, however there was peeling paint everywhere, and in the pool. The room wasn't clean.

However, this last visit may be the one to break my back. My stay was three nights. There were two concerns I noted to the desk attendant. One was the AC. It worked and cooled the room but, the unit definitely had mechanical issues. The noise when the unit turned on rose 23db levels. Sounded like a wind turbine. I took a sound meter and measured 60db to 83db with the AC off vs on. The AC was so loud it woke us up several times during the night. The soap dispenser was broken and liquid soap flooded the sink. The desk attendant informed me that in-room service must be requested every morning. I did this. First day when we made it back to the room and all was fine. Second day when we returned to the room nothing had been done. I went to the desk to report this and get clean towels. The Desk attendant argued with me stating that the room had been cleaned because it was check marked on her paper. When I invited her to come look for herself she became very agitated and accused me of yelling at her. I immediately realized she was looking for a fight and then requested the towels which I received and left the desk area. Terrible service. Will call the property manager tomorrow.

The staff was very helpful. The bed was comfortable. The A/C was awesome! It was also really quiet despite the large numbers of rooms that were occupied. Great parking and walking distance some nice eateries. The only glitch was that the room cards were reset once a day and that staff had no idea why. But they quickly did a reboot.

Unfortunately, we arrived before check in time after a harrowing time getting to the hotel, (the car broke down several times) and they would not let us check in without paying $35 early check in fee per room. We couldn't afford that, our budget was tight. So, we had to find a place to kill several hours for free. I was upset about this and became a little ignorant. The staff took it in stride and remained professional. Kudos to them. The A/C worked well enough, but I think they have a master override, because I kept waking up uncomfortable and when I would check the thermostat it was turned up from where I had it set. I know they didn't come into the room and change it. There was not breakfast available. Also, my hair got sucked into the back of the little hair drier and I had to rip my hair to get it out. Then while I was using it the hair drier fell off the wall and into the sink. Thank goodness the water wasn't running. Overall, you get what you pay for.

I booked a jacuzzi room but was not advised they were not pet friendly until I arrived. I was transferred to a ground floor room. The floors were very dirty and the door didn’t shut completely. There was less than half a roll of toilet paper, no tissue and the blankets smelled musty. I was really disappointed.

Está limpio pero las sábanas estaban manchadas

Room smelled like mildew, roach in the shower, hole in the wall, bed sheets stained, very run down.

Staff was wonderful and room was very clean and the pool was great! And the distance was very close to other things we wanted to do in the downtown area! We had a blast thank you very much to all!

I had to ask to have housekeeping do my room. Only done 1 time in 5 days.

While not the worst hotel we have stayed at, this hotel could stand some updating. The rooms were ok but finding useable outlets for a cpap machine took some creativity. We do carry an extension terminal strip just in case.

The location. The gym wasn’t working.

The bathroom was dirty. The door on the elevator wouldn't open on the first floor. I had to get off at 2nd floor and walk steps down to 1st floor.
