Excellent location, a lot restaurant and outlets around it. When we arrived, they couldn't find our reservation in their system. They sorted it out after we waited a bit. I didn't like the hotel's layout, as the entrance is from the outside and involves stairs. The bathtub drained very slowly.

Very good

We enjoyed that it was so close to the park. Very convenient. Wasn’t that clean. The bed linens always felt damp. There were garbage bins and laundry bins lined up on the side walks in front of the of the rooms. We had to wait 7 hours to get more towels. There wasn’t enough staff to have the little convenience shop opened one day. Our first night there, the front desk gave us the wrong key!! We were entering someone else room at 11 pm!! People were sleeping. The breakfast buffet could use a little help, the food was not appetizing.

The location Rooms was not the cleanest had hair all in the bathroom and beds.
-
Family friendly atmosphere Rooms didn’t have many amenities and one of my rooms smelled very bad
-
The atmosphere and personnel were awesome There wasn't anything that we didn't like
-
The arcade and outdoor water activities for the kids Unsanitary, old food macaroni left in nightstand, soiled dirty carpet, hair on sheets when pulled back, nasty food, no accommodation for the uncleanliness
-
In my room toilet was clogged and no towels. Had to complain twice and wait almost 2 hours for toilet to be fixed.
-
At first we were sent to the wrong room. It was already occupied by another couple, but they straightened out and gave us another room so that helped.
-
The indoor pool was closed to "focus on the outdoor pool". We only had 2 towels for 3 people, we asked at the front desk for more. They said they do not keep any and housekeeping would bring them. They never did. The walls are extreamly thin. Not well themed for the park either.

Disappointing

Pool amazing 👏
-
Loved that they had indoor and outdoor pools so if weather was bad one was open. Plus conveniently located off a main road in proximity to a lot of stores and food. Busy noise traffic and parking is tight

Do that I don’t know where to begin. The bathroom in the room was dirty. It had rubber bands in the shower. I don’t know if that was from a crackhead from the previous guest. there was one towel in my room for three people what are supposed to do share a towel I asked for a towel took them two hours to bring more towels then they dumped the towels in front of the door in a bag how ghetto can I be? After I leave this review, please don’t send an automated response. Tell me you’re sorry I don’t wanna see an automated response. I love the fact that there was urine on the carpet. I don’t know why anybody would wanna stay here. If I could get a zero stars, I would but obviously Expedia won’t let you.

They have a height limit on Waterslide of I believe 48” (maybe more). So my daughter couldn’t go on it, that’s a main reason we booked the place.

I liked the location of the property. Checked in after 6 and one of my 2 rooms were available had to wait to check into my other room at 7. The one room that I booked out of the 2 didn’t have bath towels. I called down to front desk and left them know at 1:30pm and by 6pm still no towels. That point I walked down to the front desk and ask about towels again. 45 minutes later towels were finally delivered.

The rooms were not that clean and the bath room wss very dirty there could be a sitting area in the rooms instead of three tvs. House keep knocking on the door at 7 am was un called for and only to find out she was knocking on the wrong door then the kids were up and wouldn't go back to sleep. Cause they wre woken up by house keeping. House keeping should check the room number before knocking on everyones doors

Pools the hard beds, short staffing problems, front desk, not giving me all the information I needed( I was not told the staying at the resort meant early access to the park)
