Clean easy access to pool and parking! Comfortable beds very clean and staff friendly! Didn’t like kids outdoor pool closed to early. Would’ve enjoyed sauna but it was broken. Overall good experience will go back again

This was the most convenient stay for our family of 4! We have a 2 year old & 9 month old & it was such a great location! The property was clean, lots of food & activities on site, target & Walmart 1 mile down the street in case we needed baby supplies. Love that the hotel offers park tickets in the lobby. Everyone was so nice & we will definitely be back again next summer!

Not a good stay! The drain flooded day two in both of our rooms. Our room in the first floor smelled sewage during our entire stay. Both of the TVs didnt have channels so we had to use our own log in's for apps. When we asked the front desk on two separate occasions, they both responded with "I'm not sure". Also, the hotel does NOT provide breakfast and NO gym. Only outdoor pool was available. The indoor pool was closed even though we were told it was open when we checked in.

I just didn’t like that the room had no air at all cause the windows don’t open also the bathroom had no fan or window that was awful

Clean room

The pool and splash pad was great for the kids in our group. Also enjoyed the fire pit. Was disappointed it didn’t include breakfast but was thankfully was aware of it before so we were able to plan ahead.

Breakfast worked considering it was hot food, however for those families that like to have a meal after the rush, the cleanliness of the dining room was poor. I could see the hand marks on the buffet covers and handles, there was food all over the floor, and food around the buffet stands. I had to pick through the stack of plates to find clean ones for my family. You could tell some renovations were done to the room to upgrade it, which I appreciated. However, the bathroom could have used a facelift as well. There was dust and dark markings around the grout of the shower. It grossed me out, so I put a towel down on the floor inside the shower and bathed quickly. The sheets were clean and there is a refrigerator, microwave, and laundry facilities available to us. With the promotion and the family friendly atmosphere, it was worth it.

Great place to stay.

Rooms are boring. When the property was Cartoon Network it was decorated way better. Our bathroom was dirty as well. Wet towels hanging everywhere o. The railings of the property. Just chaotic. Only thing I did appreciate was that we were able to purchased discounted tickets for Dutch Wonderland Park;which is conveniently located right next store. Not sure if I would stay again.

Prefer all in one bathroom Microwave and ice machine was very far away even though they knew I had a cane they put me far away from the microwave and handicap parking

The hotel staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean. Our kids are older, we stayed for location purposes but they still enjoyed the pool. this would be a great hotel anyone going to Dutch Wonderland which is right next door. Close to many dining options and shopping.

Great place for families!! Only thing I would change is the outdoor pool being open later!! Overall we had a great time!!

The rooms are average size so not bad at all. The pillows are quite small and uncomfortable. We ended up going down the street and buying some cheap pillows for the trip. The pool area is pretty awesome both inside and out. The arcade is run by a third party and quite a few of the games either took your credits and didn’t work or weren’t in operational order. The poor staff must get overwhelmed with the amount of people who inform them and then they have to explain it’s a third party. The restaurant was fine and I’m super thankful they were able to make gluten free pancakes, but they definitely need more staff for breakfast service. There was one server and a dining room full of people. Maybe just create a drink bar to go with the buffet and people can grab their own drinks as well. We sat and ate the majority of our breakfast before our drinks arrived. The server was doing the best she could but additional staff would be helpful to ease the burden. Overall, quite a great location, lots offered, just needs some tweaking as they just opened 5 months ago.
