Nice little getaway. Staff was pleasant and grounds was clean.

Great place for families

Not maintained well. Many details not maintained. Shower doors do no close completely.

The only downsides were that the room felt a little too dark, and the bathtub’s soap, shampoo, and conditioner holder had some mold on it. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back!

Everything was clean the property was well managed, the park was outstanding 10/10 recommend the whole experience.

I recommend this property because of location, pools, also want to point that pools have lifeguards at all times there open, a big plus for my family.

Call ahead to ensure everything is open and ready to go. The waterslide didn't work the entire stay and the did was subpar. Definitely go and eat out, it costs the same amount but the food at the inn is not so good. Think of cafeteria food. Other than that the stay was fine. Spent most of the time in the indoor pool. Staff was AMAZING and I loved the idea of the fire pits outside.

First time back in over 20 years and it was unbelievable!! My wife and I surprised our granddaughter for her 6th birthday. She had a blast hopefully she'll remember this day later on her years. My wife and I hope that other people will enjoy there stay at The Dutch Wonderland Inn thank you.

It would be nice if they add microwaves to the rooms. Overall all it was a good stay, room was clean. Staff was very friendly.

We arrived about an hour before the scheduled check-in time and hoped we might be able to check in a little early. Unfortunately, our room was not ready. When the official check-in time arrived, we were informed that the cleaning crew had not yet finished preparing the rooms, so we had to wait an additional 30 minutes. One of the main reasons we booked this property was the availability of both indoor and outdoor pools. Since the weather was chilly and windy when we arrived, we planned to use the indoor pool, only to discover that it was closed. Because we were staying for two nights, we hoped it would be available the next day. However, it only opened for a very limited time, from 8:30 PM to 9:30 PM. During check-in, we were instructed to use a QR code to contact the front desk if we needed anything. We used it to request additional pillows and an iron at approximately 3:45 PM. By 6:30 PM, we still had not received a response or the requested items. The next morning, we decided to have breakfast at the inn. The service was poor, the food was cold, and the dining area was not clean. Overall, the property appeared to be understaffed, which negatively affected several aspects of our stay.

Property was clean but check in was a disaster. Room wasn't ready until an hour after check in time. Also forget eating dinner at the restaurant. Were told it was 20 minute wait even though only 2 tables were seated....they finally called thay it was our turn an hour later. We ended up not even eating there after another guest said they had been waiting 40 minutes for food to even come out after ordering. Indoor pool was closed, again due to lack of staffing. Seems like it has potential but they need a lot more training and staff

Disappointing Stay: Poor Management, Dirty Sheets, and Misleading Communication. We booked two rooms for a single night via Expedia to celebrate Father’s Day and our daughter’s birthday. When we pulled back the covers on the main bed, the sheets were covered in hairs of varying lengths. We texted the front desk using their QR code system to ask for fresh sheets. We were told to text when we were ready, which we did. After waiting over 20 minutes with no delivery, we texted again. When sheets finally arrived, they were the wrong size (twin sheets for a queen/full bed).Exhausted from a long, hot day at the park, I finally went down to the front desk at 9:30 PM to get the correct sheets myself. The manager stepped in but was defensive rather than helpful. He insisted the room was absolutely clean, but then contradicted himself by claiming the hair on our bed must have come from the cleaning staff.When I pointed out the communication breakdowns regarding our room placement and delivery errors, he dismissively told me, "If I keep talking, you'll just get more confused." Treating a tired guest who just wants clean sheets with that level of condescension is pathetic. He offered a free breakfast, which we declined, as we had no desire to eat food from a facility with such poor hygiene standards.This hotel is vastly overpriced. If you are paying over $200 a night, you are overpaying by a long shot.
