Parkview Inn & Suites Lancaster

The breakfast was okay. Need updating the key method; very old fashioned. However I enjoyed the property for its purpose.

Breakfast buffet was the nicest one I think I've had in a long time. Room was clean and beautiful, thank you!

King Suite was so spacious. Bed was very comfy. Bathroom was pristine

Helpfulnfriendly staff ..clean and maintained property however if they think about the cleaning carpeting the hallway and Lobby areas

This place is awsome ! The staff is very nice,the rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable! They had an amazing breakfast and did i say it was clean ?! I will definitely be going there again!

The front staff provided private room for an important call before check-in. The room was very spacious and we would stay again. The outlets were in walking distance. We were denied a place to store our luggage until check-in which made it very inconvenient for us.

Great all around

Nice well maintained indoor pool plus hot tub . 24 hours coffee/tea/flavored water . Neat room.

Front desk staff was kind and provided us with all of the information we needed for a pleasant stay. It is a little outdated but overall convenient.

Our room was big and clean. We enjoyed our stay and will keep this hotel in mind. It was conveniently located to all that we wanted to do and see!

We loved our room. Very clean and comfy. A little taken aback when housekeeping knocked on the door and just entered. Freaked out my son who was sleeping on the sofa bed. Next time we will be sure to put up the do not disturb sign

Great stay but a little expensive. Breakfast could definitely be better and use more hot options. Bed was very firm. Rooms were super clean. Pool and hot tub were awesome.

Everything was perfect

Breakfast was great. The pool area looked a little run down. I like a really hot tub, so for me it could have been hotter. However others in my party thought the water temp was warm enough. Would be nice if the hotel offered discount tickets to nearby attraction for convenience.

Needs a little update but other than that ok.

The price and the amenities where we'll worth the price. Great location and walkable for food and the outlets.

Great stay! Hifhly recommended with kids. Buffet was excellent!

Would I stay there again? I don't think so, except if I have no other option.

Room clean staff friendly

This hotel was the most pleasant surprise we’ve had in a hotel in a very long time. Every inch of the hotel was so clean and so well cared for. It’s obvious the staff and owners take exceptional pride in the property. They have a selection of hot drinks and flavored waters available 24 hours a day, which I thought was great. They offer so many touches and just exude genuine hospitality. We stayed here for my surgery, so I wasn’t able to sample the free breakfast offered, but my husband said it was a good selection of foods and that he enjoyed his breakfast. The staff here was outstanding. Everyone was so warm and welcoming and the front desk staff even called us to see if we were happy with our room. The location of the hotel was super convenient as well. We would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat. Big shout out to everyone here for the outstanding job you do. Your pride and love of what you do is very apparent and very appreciated!!
