Love this hotel I've stayed 4 times already.
-
The only downside was that our room was not ready at check-in and we had to wait about 70 minutes past the 4 PM check-in time. Also, the balcony door did not fully seal.
-
Excellent hotel to take your family. Always clean and friendly. The area has so many things to do as well.
-
Clean room. The pool was in excellent condition.

We used to go in this property few times, but this time was nightmare. Nobody from the stuff helped in anything.

We liked the pool it was clean ki

Wouldn’t chose to stay again, but may have to for soccer tournaments again. Breakfast & bar food was sub par. Room is dated but does the job, pool is ok. But for what you pay, the value is poor.
-
The pool out side and inside We couldn’t order DoorDash
-
Waste of money do not recommend stay somewhere else for the money just a expensive motel with fancy entrance
-
Our room was all the way at the end of this ridiculously long hallway down the steps. It had great access to the playground if I had younger kids.

Be aware that check in takes over an hour when they are busy on weekends. The long wait and lines lasted hours on a Friday afternoon. If you coming here to attend an event or anything that time is valuable, be aware you will wait in lines longer then at Dutch Wonderland and you may not get an available room until we'll passed the 4pm check in time. I waited an hour just to check in at 630 pm. People in lobby are waiting in love for hour and then for room for multiple hours. 100% ruins that first day experience and adds major stress to your trip.

Building looked luxury and had good indoor and outdoor pool, gym was not fully equipped. Staff i will rate 1 only not much helpful. Most of time 1 person and that will keep you waited for longer. I spent the whole night in hell. The AC was not working called multiple times the front desk nobody showed up to fix. The whole night we had to stay awake due to high temperature in the room. On checkout time I again complained they just made excuses and said the manager will contact you but he never did and just ignored. I paid money for 0 service. Overall I will not recommend but if someone is going make sure to check on every single amenities if that works before checking in to room.

They are a terribly mismanaged hotel. They charged me 150 for breakfast charges erroneously. Noone answers the phone.

The common areas of the hotel are fantastic. Nicely renovated lobby, bar and event spaces. The pool are is great and a poolside bar/refreshment area is under construction. Staff was responsive and friendly. The room was musty. There was water damage on the ceiling - not sure if the mildew smell was from that. Aside from that the room was comfortable. The room was right next to the playground, which would get loud by 8am. I was double billed for the room. Charged by booking.com for the prepaid room, then charged again on my credit card after checkout. Once I reached the hotel manager, he sorted the mistake out quickly and reversed the charges. Mistakes happen and the manager did a great job of correcting it... just make sure you check your credit card charges.
