Our stay was good. Room was clean, . Pool was clean. Staff was short . Tookna little longer than I usually wait for room. But staff was nice

The outdoor pool was heated, large and clean, but the towels were small, cheap and not well stocked. We were there one evening and they completely ran out of towels and they were not replenished. We had a long walk to our room wet! I felt bad for the pool bartender, who was great, but he had no help and no fridge. Drinks were kept in trays and he kept having to send for someone to get ice and supplies. The beers were warm. Another problem was with the staff or really a lack of staff. The one girl at the front desk was not very friendly, and acted like she couldn’t be bothered with my problem. I went down to tell her our ice bucket had no lid and we did not have a bath mat. I was told I’d have to get it the next day because all the housekeeping staff was gone! What hotel does not have a night staff??! I would never ever stay here again. It’s a disgrace to the Wyndham name and they really need to investigate this franchise.

My $150 reservation ended up costing over $200 without reason

Not enough people working the front desk , I had to stand in line close to an hour, but the expectation was that I still checked out at 11. My room smelled of mold and mildew and did not feel the superior queen was superior at all. Very disappointing

Nice staff, great amenities

Very clean room and property. Had a great bartender named Amber that also served us dinner. She does a great job 👏

the pool was great. i dont have small kids but like the onsite activities (toddler room, arcade)

The hotel was very run down for the price you pay per night. I would have expected bigger rooms but they were very tiny and you could barley walk in there. Most hotels you get a free breakfast but here it costs you $20 per person per day. For the amount you pay per night go somewhere else to get a better hotel.

It's pretty clean overall, but there are things that need attention. The grass needs to be edged around the concrete, and around the pool there should be no grass coming up between the cracks of the pavers. Somebody needs to pick up the towels and trash every single night and put them away. I had to do it myself two days in a row. It almost seems like they don't have cleaners working around the clock, which is odd for a hotel. The games in the game room need to be fixed too. They just need to do a little bit more to get this place closer to five stars. Great for families. Just don't expect a perfect Wyndham experience and you'll be fine. There's a lot of opportunity here. I think the corporate owner should pay a visit and push these owners to step their game up. Overall we had a great time. We've stayed there twice. Highly recommend.
