Nice and clean. Friendly staff

Also, the carpet on the left side of the bed was completely soaked. Couldn’t get a refund because I booked through third party. Could not stay there. Had to wait a very long time to get service. Ended up leaving without reimbursement.

The man that checked us in treated us like we were duh. And the whole atmosphere wasn’t welcoming. There was very little toilet paper in the room and he hardly wanted to give more. The lady the next day was nice. We ordered our towels to be changed and that never happened. We will not be staying here again.

Both days of our stay breakfast was less than plentiful ran out of food both days by 9am

The staff was super friendly and accommodating when we arrived earliee than expected. Professionalism and Cleanliness.

Nothing They gave our room away and didn’t tell us till we checked in. Said it was a maintenance issue.

The day was great! Great size room for the six of us. There was no water in the breakfast area in the morning. I believe they said the button where water comes out of was broken so we had to go to the gym. They all mentioned they were out of blankets, they only had one left for us.

Nice place

Our room was never cleaned. The bed was never made, and we had to get our own towels every night. (We were there for 3 nights total). The best part was the breakfast, and they were very kind and considerate. This may sound impossible to some, but we also went to the management every night this happened, and all three nights they said they would take care of it. So now they want to give us points. Stick the points, we will never go to this Fairfield in Lancaster again.

The breakfast at the hotel was really great. Leroy, Shirley and Roberta worked the breakfast area and they were all very friendly and welcoming. Unique items in the breakfast area that we all loved. We will definitely be coming back here again.
