Breakfast, location Drapes leave too much outside light come in at night. Extend breakfast hours from 7 to 10am to 7 to 11am.

The front desk staff especially Joel the night desk clerk were knowledgeable about the area and quite helpful. House keeping did a good job cleaning the room every morning. The breakfast staff did a great job keeping the hot food bowls full and went out of their way to help you.

We had several issues with our room(s). Starting with no hot water the 1st morning, after waiting several hours, being advised breaker tripping 3 times on the water tank, they finally moved us, 2nd suite had no tv in the sitting area, the top drawer for clothes was broken and the hinge at the bottom of the closet was completely broke off. After moving once, we did not want to be inconvenienced once again. Brought these issues to front desk again after checking out,

Would have been nice to have a chair or small sofa instead of just a desk chair. We had a room with 1 king bed. Room was a little smaller than we expected but it was pretty clean other than the shower. There were 2 long hairs in it and the shower glass door didn't look like it had been wiped down. The shower doors a ross the bottom was kinda disgusting. Whoever installed the doors did a horrible job and a sloppy job with the calking around the doors and whole shower. The breakfast was good for a hotel. My husband planned on getting in the pool but said it was way too small with other people in it. We didn't really engage with many staff but the few we did were very helpful and friendly.

Breakfast and the hospitality. Rooms needed a bit more love. The pull out was not cleaned before we came. There was hair on the mattress pad. Not a biggie but wasn't done. Garbage had no bags and no tissues and no Xtra toilet paper. Pool was no bigger than a bathtub.

Superb

Great location. Clean, comfortable room. The hotel had lots of guests, but our room was quiet. We enjoyed our stay!
