Comfortable and we had an amazing stay
-
Issues this time- air conditioner in room was so loud- couldn’t rest or sleep. Wasn’t able to change rooms when we called front desk- and still trying to work out partial refund with Marriott/hotels.com. We actually left a day early cause exhausted. Also WiFi didn’t work. And while this wasn’t hotels fault- the party in room next to us was so loud and kept us up till 4am. We actually left 1 day early, couldn’t rest. Very rough. However the front desk and breakfast staff were otherwise kind. Parking is nice, and nice walk with family To Dutch wonderland. Bathroom was nice and clean. Just disappointed this time, versus before . Do enjoy trips to Lancaster though

Room was spacious and had sofa and can actually sleep 6. Lots of chairs very comfortable, internet was working.

We had a bad experience with the Front Desk staff. She placed us in a room belonged to someone else. Then we were given a smaller room instead of studio which we paid for. We heard other people have similar experiences. Every time we passed by the lobby, long line of people complaining.
-
Clean rooms, close to shopping and restaurants. Friendly staff, delicious breakfast and the best coffee.

Breakfast was great each morning. However room 417 carpet was ripped in several places and the air conditioner had a bad noise.
-
Smorgasboards and more. Room was clean when we arrived. We left several towels on the floor to be replaced by clean ones, after we used the shower. The room was never serviced by housekeeping and wet towels remained all day. We actually had to go to the front desk later that evening to get towels. Receptionist was frazzled, as several rooms were not visited by housekeeping that day.

We had no body wash in the shower I kept telling them but it was not replaced

Great pool hours. Good breakfast. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Spacious room. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay again!

Wifi was a bit of a problem the second a d third day. I kept getting an error message stating my name and room number didn't match. All in all, the place was lovely and I will stay there again.

The hotel staff was horrible! I requested housekeeping, for each day, never did they come, even after I complained to the Manager & Assistant Manager. The last night the Assistant Manager offered a new room, which we took. However, when I asked for help moving, he said NO. Upon arrival at the new room, we discovered that it was a Double bed, we paid for a King. When I asked the Assistant Manager for a refund, he informed me that he was too busy to open my file again & I would have to wait for check out. At check out, I asked again & he told me my room was already closed. This hotel is awful!

Close to Dutch Wonderland, stores and restaurants.

I am a long time Marriott reward member and fan of Fairfield hotel properties. This particular property met and exceeded my expectation from the actual room layout ( microwave and small fridge), cleanliness, professional staff, hospitality team/coffee and breakfast was of quality that could appreciate and hit the spot. If I come back to this area this is my hotel of choice period. Hats off to the mgmt and staff for a most enjoyable stay.

This is an excellent location off a major highway near plenty of great restaurants and several shopping Outlets. The breakfast was very good and the rooms are wonderful and very spacious. The staff was helpful and kind. Love this hotel.

Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good and laid out beautifully. The only thing missing was biscuits and gravy, but I told my hubby we were pretty far north for that to be offered. Staff in the breakfast area were very friendly and helpful. Lots of nice seating. Front desk staff was extremely nice and helpful. We will definitely stay here again when we’re in the area.

The staff especially at the front desk were amazing. Sadly, our bathroom floor had many hairs and was sticky. My husband wiped water off of the floor after his shower with a white bath mat and it was very dirty. We asked to have our bathroom cleaned and even after that, there were still hairs on the floor that did not belong to us. One was still in the corner that was there originally. Also, even though the actual mirror was clean, the frame and the back splash had tooth paste/brush spatters. Disappointed. The breakfast was hearty as advertised, but the seats were very worn. The pool sure shows its age as well. Because we booked with Expedia, the person at the front desk was unable to compensate us in anyway. Sort of disappointing.

Wonderful hotel, the best experience
-
Nice and clean. Friendly staff

Also, the carpet on the left side of the bed was completely soaked. Couldn’t get a refund because I booked through third party. Could not stay there. Had to wait a very long time to get service. Ended up leaving without reimbursement.
