Red Roof Inn Lancaster - Strasburg

Customer service was very helpful. Room keys worked first time (not the case in a lot of places). AC worked beautifully and was adjustable by us. Mini fridge was clean and functioned very well. Water temperature in shower was perfect and easy to adjust. Location was perfect for our event - we were able to walk less than 5 minutes to get to the theater. Everything felt like it had a film - from the smell, it was left by cleaning products, not dirt. Smoke detector didn't have a battery in it (battery compartment was open and empty). Only one bar of soap provided - used to one at sink for washing hands and one in bathtub for shower.

Nothing It have bed bugs and fleas and customer service is rude and the people live in the motel and every room is dog friendly so it you are allergic to dog are cats don't stay there because there dog hair ever where

Extremely expensive for what it was offered. Definitely needs massive renewal and the room was unbearable smelly

Very run down and it had a bad smell. I guess you get what you pay for. It was cheap.

No coffee pots . 1 wash cloth 1 hand towel. Mattress with huge divet in bed. Room dirty. Floors dirty. 1 little bar hand soap, & nothing else

They charged an extra 100 that wasn't in the agreement

When we got there she said there was an additional 100 deposit for the room, which was not advertised when we made the reservation. Hole/chip in the floor. Toilet barely worked.

The rooms are clean and the staff friendly and helpful.

The rooms were beautiful, quiet, but it sid smell like dog and smoke, also the dark was barking constantly all night and day and sounded like a pretty big dog and was super loud. The staff was very bluntly rude embarrassed my friend cuz she was on her menstrual cycle, and got some blood on bed mattress. Staff was continously rude and loud and was very threatening and was cussing at us and was verbally attacking me and my friends. It was pretty absurd I even recorded him.

Outside looked shabby

I had reserved a room with two queen beds, but when I finally got into the room, there was only one queen bed, and the room had a strange smell. When I went to ask about my reservation, I was told that was the only room they had available and that it was what showed in their system. Unfortunately, my experience was not a good one. I hope everyone else’s experience is much better.

Price Swimming pool in disrepair and not open, Room was in ok Condition (walls needed painted and repairs eye sores. Staff allowed people on property to run extension cords to the rear and play music and gather and make a mess. also the used the wood line as a bathroom outside. One of the key pass door to access building would be propped open all day and anyone could enter premises.
