Property is close to everything, property looks nice My wife(handicapped) and I had been at my 40 year high school reunion and had a great time seeing classmates. We arrived to the property at midnight exhausted, we checked into our room which was designated handicapped accessible to our horror, there weren’t any clean sheets on the bed, in fact some sheets were balled up on the chair not sure if they were clean or dirty. Now we’re on the third floor and my wife has issues walking and her leg was hurting so I had to take a risk and leave her in the room and take the elevator down to the front desk because no phone was in the room? The person on duty was nice and immediately placed us in another room which was clean and well stocked. Sunday morning we were getting ready for church and I went to open the blinds so the sunlight could come in. I tried using the switch several times before contacting the front desk. A staff member was sent up to our room in reasonable time however he couldn’t get the shade to go up. My wife and I were heading out to church and could not be inconvenienced any longer due to time constraints.

One working elevator...staff said the other had been out of order for four months. No restaurant or bar service for two of the four nights of my stay. No maid service for two days of my stay. Front desk staff was amazing, though!

The hotel’s reservation system was down when arrived but the desk manager and another manager worked to get us into a room quickly despite not having access to the computer system. We were impressed that they went out of their way to help us rather than telling us that we would have to wait to check in until the system was back up and running.

This location is perfection for people traveling North on Hwy 459/59 through or from Bham. Liberty Park is lovely and manicured, as well as convenient to Hwy 280 and the gorgeous neighborhood of Mountain Brook. This particular Hilton Garden Inn is impressive for a 3-star Mo-Micro-Tel. The lobby is lovely and well appointed. When we visited, one elevator was out of service, but, they weren’t fully booked, so it didn’t cause us any real difficulty. The temperature throughout common areas was a bit steamy, but, there was a heat dome event and maybe the system simply couldn’t keep up. Considering my home unit has struggled, I had to forgive it. The staff were pleasant and reasonably helpful. When prompted, they all seemed ready to pause and answer any questions with grace. As for our room, we were on the top floor with a great view, and despite some light wear and tear, the room, itself was well appointed and easy to get comfortable in quickly. The air was working exceptionally well, for which we were eternally grateful! Yay! Now the bad-I KNOW the floor in our room had NOT been vacuumed at all. There was noticeable debris in the ‘foyer’ area at the door, as well as throughout the room (though far less noticeable due to the carpet design). The bed looked changed, but one of my pillow cases had a stain (could be old) that almost looked like a shoe print!? Needless to say, I walked in double socks and didn’t use that pillow for much-Gross. Also, the provided conditioner was empty.

Todo muy bonito pero el desayuno decía que estaba incluido y cuando fui a cojer el desayuno no pude por qué no estaba incluido y para el precio que se pagó está muy caro y no incluye desayuno. Pero de lo demás muy limpio

Location very good. Exhausted from drive to hotel, went to room--key didn't work since battery on lock defective. Had to use the public restroom. Left luggage at the desk since did not have a room key. Television inoperable for 2 nights (I paid for a room with TV). Is this how you treat silver members?
