A normal hotel room The air conditioning was difficult to adjust so I left the fan going all night the prior night was uncomfortable

We had to book a hotel while my dad was in CICU. This was one of the closest hotels! Short easy trip to hospital. Close to walmart and restaurants! Staff were so nice and helpful! Hotel and rooms were very clean!

Omg it smells amazing once you walk in and it’s absolutely immaculate!! The only thing honestly I would change is the prices of the food. It was quite steep! It had its own bar and restaurant with how much you are paying I would include at least the breakfast like the other hotels especially customers with kids. $17 for a breakfast sandwich is a little much or $10 for a slice of cheesecake (unless Jesus is blessing it himself) is a little ridiculous.

The king suite had cockroaches and the bed had hair all over my bed. The shower was dirty.

We stayed over the weekend for my son-in-law’s memorial service. The hotel advertised a pool and hot tub, so we took our grandchildren for a swim and hoped the adults could relax in the hot tub. Unfortunately, the hot tub wasn’t working, was blocked off, and had no water, with dead cockroaches at the bottom. The pool was so cold it couldn’t be used either. The main reason we booked this hotel was for the pool, and had we known it wasn’t functional, we would have chosen somewhere else. We thought it would be a nice way for family to unwind during such a stressful time, especially with relatives traveling from out of state to stay. The front desk staff were fantastic in accommodating and quick efficient work. There were a couple minor cleanliness issues (like large crumbs in microwave and pieces of trash on the floor under the desk). Other than that everything else was perfect.

The hotel was well staffed, has a very convenient location with lots of options for food nearby, and though I did not use the restaurant at the property I did pick up some treats from these convenient snacks in the lobby, which was great. All the staff that I saw greeted me and made me feel welcome. There were plenty of baggage buggies and everything was super easy to navigate.

AC sounded like a lawnmower, bar often unmanned otherwise great property

The staff were very courteous especially the dining room staff krysten for breakfast. She even had the tea I love on hand which made my cisit special. I enjoyed the gym and even tried the pool (not heated)... hot tub was out of commission. Convenient location and overall great stay.
