The staff were phenomenal, and the room was clean, and very nice. I will definitely be staying here again!

I liked being on the first floor. I didn’t like finding a scorpion in the bathroom shower. It was alive when I found it then died with hot water. The staff didn’t want me to make a scene or say anything. Every time I went to ask a question at the front desk, I was referred to as the bug lady. Very unprofessional. And didn’t try to accommodate my findings of a scorpion. Just got classified as the bug lady. And then kept hushing me when I said something about it due to breakfast crowd in the area. Like it was my fault that they had a scorpion in the shower.
