Adult only pool area Adult only pool area bar closes too soon. Need extended hours at least on the weekends.
-
Great staff, very clean, beautiful property The bed was very very hard and uncomfortable.
-
Like the location kinda isolated what i like but still drivable distance to town bout 20 min. Pools were awesome indoor pool and hot tube outdoor pool w slide awesome. Free self parking close to entrance. Awesome restaurants kinda expensive though. Staff friendly. No microwave in room! and room so small compared to what we are used to and restaurant kinda expensive but food was good and varied. Blankets not comfortable on bed kinda thin to.

Enjoyed the spa, pool, and decks for my birthday.

The pool area was very nice. Our room was too hot. The air-conditioning did not work well at night and it was hard to sleep.

Everything was great My room service order came after the restaurant was closed but everything else was great

Everything Wish I could have gotten a room with the pool view

I booked my wife a facial and massage from 11-2 on the day we were checking out. I called and asked for a late checkout to accommodate her spa schedule. The front desk told me they had people checking in that afternoon and could not help. Well, the hotel was almost empty and there’s no way they had 100% occupancy. Regardless, what a bd answer. I was willing to pay for an extra hour or 2 but the clerk apparently just didn’t want to help even though a just paid $500 for a spa treatment. I’ll go somewhere else next time

Patrice at the front desk was so welcoming. The Clubhouse dinner entrees were very generous in size. The pool side service was great! Loved the pool, so relaxing.
-
The clubhouse restaurant was excellent. The three trio chip appetizer was perfect and the bacon grilled cheese and tomato basil soon was splendid. I recommend this place to anyone. Keep doing your thing Ross Bridge!

I called the day before check in for about 2 and asked about early check in knowing that more than likely I wouldn’t get it since I booked third party but the guy told me to call back the morning of and he would be able to tell me. I call about 10 and my room was ready!!!!!! I really appreciated that! The room was clean and my view was the golf course which I loved. The nightly bagpiper is always such a lovely part of the evening. It was a perfect trip.

The parking was easy and secure. The staff was friendly. It was a nice experience
-
Loved the room. The beds were very comfortable. The indoor pool was supposed to be heated and it was not. The hot tub was also on the cooler side. At 11:30pm I could hear very loud people in the hallway outside of my room.
-
Inside pool I thought was supposed to be heated was cold plus the hot tub by the indoor pool was not up to temp.
