Great location and the people are fantastic. I was put in room 116 which is next to ice room which people were getting ice until 2 pm, the vending machine hummed all night, washing and dryer was going until 2 pm, people coming and going, the TV from the people at the desk. Probs got about 2 hours sleep TBH which was disappointing.

Location. Pool n spa. Food quality of the complementary breakfast. comfort of the bed with the selection of pillows, marked for firm and soft. Remote control for the TV did not work and was labeled lobby remote. It turned the TV on only to display IT configuration error. Complaint to the front desk, only offered a solution for the next day when I was already checking out. Also, the air-conditioning did not hold a steady temperature. It kept turning off despite pre-resetting for 68°. As a result, room temperature was too warm.

Breakfast was delicious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect - next door to the beautiful city park and just a block or two from Erick Schat's Bakkery I was surprised that there was daily housekeeping in our room. When I asked the front desk about it, they thought it was every 2-3 days. They suggested I put "Do not disturb" sign out. In a desert experiencing a drought, I thought every 2-3 days would have been standard.

Never stayed there before, the staff was great, seemed clean enough but the room had pull down darkening shades that are past their prime. They need to replace the blinds they were in horrible shape. Also while it is a dog friendly place there is no designated area to bring your dog to - to do their business.

The staff was helpful and friendly, everything was very clean, and the location was great. The only negative we had was the air conditioner in our room. It went off and on all night and made a lot of noise. It made it challenging for sleep.

Room was clean but looks like there was lack of proper maintenance several loose floor tiles for example overall I just wanted a clean room/ bed to spend the night in and this met that need

The day manager during our stay ^6/23-6/25) was super helpful with a glitch in our resevartion thorugh Htoels.com. He was also very dedicated to making sure our stay was pleasant. He would be a reason to stay there again. The rest of the staff are also A1.
