Great Smell of bleach in pool area

The day manager during our stay ^6/23-6/25) was super helpful with a glitch in our resevartion thorugh Htoels.com. He was also very dedicated to making sure our stay was pleasant. He would be a reason to stay there again. The rest of the staff are also A1.

The staff was very pleasant When we checked into our room it smelt so badly of cigarette smoke, especially in the bathroom. Hotel was sold out and they could not move us to another room. The employee gave me extra towels to block the smell at the bottom of the door and febreeze spra

Staff & breakfast were great!

The bathroom had not been cleaned. contacted the manager and he came and wiped down part of the toilet. the shades in the room were old and did not work properly. The manager told us this was one of the last rooms to be updated, my thought would be to take it out of service until updated. There was only 1 trash can in the room Wi-Fi is this room was not good. I have stayed in multiple Holiday Inns, and this one was not up to par in my opinion.

Clean, comfortable room. The problems were that the air vent whistled loudly half the night preventing me from sleeping and the TV didn’t work. They should not book room 117 until the vent problem is solved.

Pleasant staff, clean and comfortable room (especially being pet friendly!) Great park just across the parking lot to walk the dog. Nice hot breakfast but some things seemed to be out of order (pancake machine, juice machine).

Our stay was great. One detail is there was a rare power outage. Staff stepped up and made our stay tolerable.

The bed comfort was amazing - 5 star quality. The overall cleanliness and location was exceptional Breakfast was cleared a little bit (~15 mins) early.

We had a room toward the back and facing away from the parking lot so it was a dream because it was quiet. We were there on a crowded weekend and there was parking available each night when we got back to our room. The breakfast was adequate. The coffee was excellent. They have a fancy machine. We would definitely stay here again. If you stay here, walk across the street to the bowling alley for dinner. Yes, I said, "bowling alley."

Staff was great, hotel needs to be maintained better.

Otherwise it a a great stay.
