We were traveling for a softball tournament and made reservations for a one night stay. Due to weather, the tournament was cancelled . We were not notified until late afternoon the day before. Since we booked through Expedia we contacted them to help us get a refund. We were told they would contact the hotel for a possible exception. They stated multiple attempts were made but were unable to obtain approval for a waiver. Since we had no choice in the situation, I was truly disappointed in the outcome.

The only issue was when we got to our room, the toilet wouldn’t flush and we had to go downstairs and get a plunger and unstop it ourselves. Seems like guests shouldn’t have to be plumbers too.

Nice staff. Room was clean. TV service had to be reset. Never got my iPad to hook up to wifi. Restroom pretty dark. The lights around the mirror didn't work at all. A/C worked great.
