Everything thing was great!

The room had a musty smell to it and it was dated. Shower area was very narrow. The staff was kind!

Room was decent for the price. Couldn’t get wifi to work. Manager lady was nice & so was the guy. The younger girl with the black hair needs to work on her customer service or find a different job. Her face / tone is not friendly. Breakfast was good. Laundry area didn’t work. Couldn’t find a soul to check out.

Handicap accessible room but the bed was not low enough to get in. The bathroom sink was too high. The bar was at your back when sitting on the seat. Couldn't reach the faucet to turn on the water from the seat. Had to bathe in own wheelchair in the shower. Roll away bed was antiquated. Couldn't fit anywhere except against the door which blocked the bathroom door. Stained sheet, tear in covers and bugs in the bed

It was centrally located to the places that we were going to. There was nothing that I did not like. It was adequate for the money.

Morning stuff was just awful. They don't even dress professional. What was the last time corporate went to check-up on this place? They need to do a surprise visit. Especially for the mornings people ...The one guy at night was amazing. Very helpful.

Very nice motel the rooms were clean. The staff was nice air-conditioning. The beds were comfortable.

The person at the front desk was always outside smoking at the other end of the building with somebody that was living there. Keep personal relations and work relations separate in my opinion took me 30 minutes to get checked in.

No towels for the pool

Staff efficiency

Staff were nice, although the man caring for breakfast was not very friendly. The sheets on one of the beds had not been changed before we checked in. It was convenient and the allows big dogs.

The room could have been cleaned better. The vacuuming the room and sweeping of the bathroom were not well done at all. The property had trash all over from the restaurant next door that just laid there all weekend, the older lady working the front desk was wonderful. She was extremely helpful and very friendly. The breakfast was lacking. Very minimal items with biscuits you have to microwave yourself. Seems some updates need to be made for that.

Good location. Very clean. Coffee maker in room didn’t work but I didn’t ask about it either.

First room was on the first floor with an open and unlocked window. I requested and received a new room on the third floor. Window was also open and unlocked. Since it was third floor, I did not request another; I just locked it. However the security bar was missing from the interior of the door. The door just had three empty screw holes where it used to be. The room was superficially clean. Closer use showed much wear and filth. The bed had blue nail polish on the sheets. Droplets of something brown were splattered on the door. The chair and ottoman had stains. The pillows were tiny and the blanket rough and cheap. No instructions were given for the WiFi. The breakfast area was disgusting. Food droppings were everywhere on the counter. At about 830 am, it looked like no one had wiped the counter since breakfast opened at 430. Food selections were very slim and incredibly basic. Between the uncleanliness and the poor security, I will not stay here again.

The breakfast area was a disaster

Okay stay - not the best but not the worst. Needed to ask for a room change as first room was not clean (hair on sheets). Wifi exists but is not reliable. This was an issue as the main purpose of me booking this room was having somewhere quiet to remote work. Did not recieve any room service for entire nine day stay (no new towels, toilet paper, etc.). Breakfast is not very good but there is a waffle iron and a few grab and go items. No fruit or yogurt. Desk is often empty and you have to call to get service. Air conditioner works but was loud. It is a cheap stay so I don't expect 5 star service but this hotel could improve on some basic things like cleanliness and room maintenance. These issues are a management/work ethic problem, not cost saving measures.
