The room was clean and the hotel staff were excellent, but the amenities were a bit off. The mini fridge was extremely small and barely stayed cool and the air conditioner is the wall mounted kind which took half of our first night just to cool the room to 68 from 74

Rooms need better attention to basic maintenance

Lovely hotel, very clean and staff very welcoming and helpful and friendly. Have stayed before and will return sometime in the future. A great place to stay overnight from Pine Knob concert!!

However, there was absolutely zero counter space in the bathroom. The adjoining restaurant (also very friendly) served one of the worst breakfasts I’ve ever had. How can you possibly ruin an omelette ? They succeeded. We ate at a pancake house for breakfast after that.

Check in and out was seamless. The facility is very clean with an appealing design. Bed and linens were Extremely comfortable! We enjoyed our stay and would Highly recommend staying at they facility

Comfortable beds, great location. Room on lower level with windows opening to pool. Noisy and I felt exposed.

The property is solid, far from downtown but a very nice option if that is not a factor. Rooms show some wear and need some deep cleaning, but overall a solid stay.
