Our stay at the Kingsley was great as usual from the staff to the rooms to the restaurant. It is conveniently located to the Cranbrook Academy of Art and the museum . It is a great place to stay!

Overall, very nice property. Not sure the value was there however. The two restaurants were excellent.

After an overseas trip (coming from EU), I found the Hotel closed and no one adviced me. I had to find a new option

Room was available at check in. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom were clean. Bed was comfortable. 2 temperature controls were nice so we could adjust the temperature in the bedroom and sitting area. Pool and hot tub were clean and towels were available. I really liked the sleeping aids of earplugs, pillow freshener and eye cover. Lamps were modern and we were able to charge our devices via USB. 2 TVs in the bedroom and sitting areas were nice. My husband watched sports on one TV and I was able to watch my favorite movies on the other TV. The hotel was quiet and public areas were decorated nicely No microwave

The room was a decent size for two people, and was clean and quiet. The location on the west side of Detroit was good. It was easy to find and there was sufficient room in the parking lot even though an event was going on in the city. There were many public areas for meetings and socializing. There were no bathrobes or slippers. The halls were very maze-like. There was one hook on the bathroom door, which was the only place to hang wet towels and swimsuits aside from the shower doors. There were no towel racks. It would be an easy fix to install another hook. The hotel and rooms were accessible from several entrances, which was a security concern as anyone could walk in unseen.

Room was clean. Facilities appeared to be nice. Did not get to use the facilities but plan to stay again. The restaurant onsite was good for breakfast.
