House keeping was available to provide help even when we had arrived in the midnight.

Up to date appearance, clean room, the bar although I did not go to it, There was a kids hockey team there and they let the kids run rampant throughout the hotel, the kids were playing in the hallways late which kept me awake. They littered the hallways and elevators

We stayed during a soccer tournament. Despite the multiple signs urging parents and guardians to supervise the children, they were running amuck throughout the hallways until 10pm. It took me almost 20 minutes just to run down to my car because they were playing on the elevators. In the morning as we were leaving, there were empty wine glasses in the halls by the elevators, so the parents must've given up as well. I know it's nothing that hotel staff can easily solve, but if it weren't for the screaming and inability to use the pool because of the overcapacity, we would've loved it. The lobby was beautiful - too bad the entire evening was spent in our room because all the adults and kids were all over the furniture eating pizza and chips, taking up the entire lobby.

It's a bit tired. The lighting in the bathroom is crummy for applying makeup. The bedroom curtain wouldn't close completely letting light seep in. The walls are thin so we could hear our neighbors. All in all, I'd give it an "average" rating. We'll likely stay again because of its location, but it is a littler more downscale than the price would indicate. The front desk staff, on the other hand, were excellent.

My husband and I have stayed here many times. We come up for the Woodward Dream Cruise. We love staying here. The staff is great and the rooms are spacious. This past time we did have issues with our AC but other than that the room was very clean and the staff was friendly

Customer service was excellent

The hotel itself was nice and clean however there is a lot across the road that was used until 3am for a party and drag racing /wheelies which made it too loud to sleep. Wouldn’t recommend for that reason.

The property was clean and well maintained. People were friendly. Have problems with the room being cleaned properly, and the trash emptied. Old towels were not taken away.

I didn’t expect this hotel to be as nice as it was. I had a wonderful day and no complaints.
