DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Bloomington

We appreciated the warm chocolate chip cookies upon arrival and the water bottles in the room. Our granddaughter enjoyed the lovely pool and the hot tub was perfect after a long day of driving. The staff were friendly and efficient. Our stay was 10/10.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff at check-in were super friendly and helpful, and we loved the welcome cookie and drink voucher. The bed was incredibly comfortable and gave us the best night’s sleep of our trip so far. We would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean and stuff at front desk very attent, also like walking distance super nice. Room was very outdated everything look old couch very old and worn beds very comfortable also outlet didn’t work, went down for breakfast at 8:30 everything was already out and wait there for a long time and they never refilled we had go out and eat somewhere else.

once checked in we were gifted a free drink card and directed to our room. room was clean and provided us a good rest from our travels.

Restaurant next door was a plus and great location

Clean and working A/C. The restaurant attached was super convenient and delicious.

Breakfast was good but the hot food was cold. When you have to pay for breakfast I expect it to be at least warm. We were not the last to eat so it was not the case of the last coming thru the line

The only negative was a yellow sock not ours fell out of the sheets so that grossed me out wondering if they changed the sheets

Bad

The room was clean but all the towels I had for a 4 day stay was all dingy I ended up going to nearby Walmart getting some towels … the cleaning staff was rude even denied taking my trash saying it was my last day I need to leave when I explained to her that I paid for an extra day she then took my trash … bed was good even though they don’t use fitted sheets so I was constantly adjusting the bed covers

Staff was friendly and helpful , and location of outside eating facilities very convenient and reliable. The bed was very lumpy and contributed to morning back aches.

Clean and close to the interstate. Bed was a little hard, but otherwise was a wonderful stay.

pool hot tub clean room No coffee after 8:00 p.m. ordered room service breakfast not very good at all housekeeping knocked on door and asked if we were checking out at 8:00 a.m.
