Always. Dependable great stay while in Bloomington.

The only negative was a yellow sock not ours fell out of the sheets so that grossed me out wondering if they changed the sheets

Everything was great!!!

The room was clean but all the towels I had for a 4 day stay was all dingy I ended up going to nearby Walmart getting some towels … the cleaning staff was rude even denied taking my trash saying it was my last day I need to leave when I explained to her that I paid for an extra day she then took my trash … bed was good even though they don’t use fitted sheets so I was constantly adjusting the bed covers

Clean and close to the interstate. Bed was a little hard, but otherwise was a wonderful stay.

Breakfast at $15 a guest is more than the average diner. The room we initially got placed in smelled horrible. They moved our room and it still had a urine odor but we bought air freshener and dealt with it to avoid moving rooms again. The lobby had a bucket in the middle of the walkway. There was not fresh coffee or water in the lobby like most hotels. Pool hot tub did not work . There were no towels In the pool at 730am this morning. Not a hotel I’d choose to stay at again

This hotel is updated and clean. Staff was great. The beds were pretty soft but I think this is due to wear which was disappointing. The bathroom in the double queen rooms are way too small. You can’t close the bathroom door if standing in front of the toilet.

Very comfortable bed.

Must request for room to be cleaned I was there 5 days. I think that is unacceptable. Had to ask for towels. Towels and bedding didn’t look clean.

The hotel is very clean, bed & pillows were very comfortable, breakfast had a great variety of selections and staff were pleasant.

Beautiful hotel and the staff was very helpful, friendly and professional. The room was nice. The bathroom is super small. So small the door almost hits the toilet and in order to get around into the shower, you have to shut the door fully. Also, the room was stuffy and though I set the air to 67 (not cool enough for me) it shut off and the room held at what it said to be 68. It felt warmer than that because there was no air movement and I couldn’t get the fan to turn on.

This was a last minute booking after leaving a not so desirable hotel, and everything was perfect. The room was spotless, the service was exceptional and room service breakfast both days was very good.

The Presidential Suites floor is very quiet and private. 2nd stay in this suite. Room is comfortable and spacious.

Checkin was super easy, cookies great of course! Luggage trolleys handy. Hallways and room were clean. The bath mat and towels could do with replacing. Like the fridge in the room - sooo handy. Extra pillows given on request. Plenty of soap. I wish hotel hairdryers had a nozzle on the - they should have the fixed on if they are getting lost. The breakfast was a good spread.

Night/early morning staff could be a little kinder

shower could have been cleaner. Tea options were Lipton only and water was not hot to brew it either. Very Friendly staff and overall a good stay

Enjoyed our visit, but wished they allowed us to stay more than one night this particular weekend. The pool was cooler than expected but I camped out in the hot tub which wouldn't bubble. Minor inconvenience of course.

Clean. Quiet. Smells fresh. Panera is a bonus, just next to the hotel.
