Eastland Suites Hotel & Conference Ctr, Trademark by Wyndham

Breakfast for me was limited. It would nice to have more fruit than just an apple and some greek yogurt rather than some unhealthy yogurt

Passable

Nice clean room, friendly staff & good breakfast Nothing

Very good

Location and friendly front desk staff Not set up for hotel style stays. No place to put suitcases, no toiletries area

Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The room was not as clean as I expected, and there was significant noise coming from the room above the bedroom, including heavy walking and what sounded like a shower running, which made it difficult to rest. The TV in the room was also not operational, which was another inconvenience. What made the experience worse was the interaction with the front concierge. I found their attitude rude and disrespectful when I brought up my concerns. I expect basic cleanliness, working amenities, and courteous customer service when staying at a hotel. Overall, this was not the comfortable or pleasant stay I had expected.

The property was really well-maintained, including the grounds. It's a neat little location surrounded by retail - but, once inside the courtyard-like grounds, it's really quiet and contained. We opted for a loft room which was super spacious and the breakfast was great, as well. Bar is a convenient walk from the room and offers lots of different drinks and pizzas/snacks. Highly recommend if you're in the Bloomington area.

Pleasant

Breakfast was excellent

Exceptional

Everything. Beautiful rooms. Great breakfast and eating area

This was a great property with clean an very spacious accommodations. Had everything I needed for a week extended stay. The breakfast was very tasty and well put together.

Or food.

Exceptional

Staff was very helpful. Busy weekend with several wedding parties. Was not able to enter room until after 5pm due to over booking. Was provided an upgraded room as the room I booked wasn’t available. Cute hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Superb

Home away from home! Clean, spacious and the staff was awesome!!

The room was spacious. I loved having a full sized fridge, dishwasher, and stove. We were able to cook a few meals and clean up was easy. The beds were comfortable. No complaints. It was Family Weekend, so prices were much higher, but that was expected. I would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional

It was an interesting facility - like an apartment complex. I liked that we had our own entrance. It could use some updating.
