I didn't stay because property was very poorly maintained, there weren't any lights in parking lot, and no elevator. It didn't appear to be clean or safe.

My room was clean, quiet and everything worked. The breakfast was nice.

TV remote didnt work. Pool couldnt be used due to being under maintenance which was not stated anywhere on the web site or the confirmation. The only thing good about our stay was the poor front desk agent who was trying very hard to get us in a room that could actually be stayed in. It was obvious that he was not given any information about the flooded rooms. It was not raining and hadnt for a few days so I would guess those rooms had been flooded for days. The entire floor smelled like mildew and sewage.

The room had a musty smell and was otherwise not sufficiently cleaned as we found a clump of hair, used sock in the bathroom, and generally could use a pass with the vacuum. This matched with the cleanliness (or lack thereof) of shared spaces including the ice and vending area, too. By the time we got to breakfast, our expectations were pretty low. They had a waffle maker, cereal, yogurt, packets to make oatmeal, watery coffee, and hot biscuits and gravy with sausage links. I couldn't bring myself to try the gravy. The sausage was decent, and my biscuit was hard.

Outdoor pool was advertised and promised. We chose this hotel for that reason. When we arrived pool was closed and was half filled only with filthy water. Reception informed us it had been closed for a month. The Manager confirmed this.

Staff was

Pool was green. Our air conditioner was leaking- the fix was a broken fan that was loud, so we turned it off and the floor was soaked. The sink leaked if you turned it on more than a dribble.

No fridge in room; same breakfast every day, no variety; immediate neighborhood very pedestrian UNfriendly; clientele seemed to include many permanent residents, suggesting a city or county subsidized space. Surprised me.

I tried to be refunded because I wasn't happy with the stay there at all. There was body fluids on the headboard, discolored a/c unit from smoke, musty smoke smell, curtains hanging off the track, Marijuana smell in the hallways, security doors being propped open from easy entrance by patrons off the street, the service was crap, the food made me sick, and the staff didn't know where anything was. I needed extra pillows because the bed was super hard. It was just a bad time all around. Everything

The hot tub spit out dirty grimy stuff

It smelled and had dirty carpet all over it
