Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Bloomington-Normal Airport, IL

We've been here 3x now. Great price point. Confortable bed, friendly staff, ice machine works, pretty quiet except for nearby workmen starting early <7am, shower in next room was loud, late night and 30 minutes! Can't beat price. Please clean mold in shower and tighten toilet seat! Regardless, we definitely will come back.

Everything is perfect, every time. That's hard to find with many hotel chains.Keep it up!:)

Cleanliness: clean towels and bed made every day I was told I would get an email with my receipt upon checkout and did not receive one. Breakfast was a little lacking.

Softest sheets ever, nice room

The room smelled really bad. The carpet around the window and the AC unit was really wet and there was hairs in the bathtub. You can hear the guests in the other rooms, very thin walls and floors.

Our first day construction was going on and was so loud I could not work from my room and had to leave. The front desk women was VERY nice as was the women in food service area.

Very good breakfast with many options to choose from.

Bed was comfortable, room and property clean, front desk friendly at check in, carts for luggage were excellent, furniture had modern look, great value, check out at noon, and express check out easy Breakfast eggs and biscuits and gravy cold, bananas green, front desk at 11 AM rude. Curtain in shower torn. Thermostat didn’t cool bedroom very well.

We appreciated the kind staff however the room was not as we expected. The room was a bit stuffy and moldy-which I’m allergic to, so that was a bit difficult. Thank you

Clean room and great breakfast

I wouldn't stay there again. Food on floor in room from previous guest. Bug in towel. Halls smelled of someone smoking something. Under extensive exterior remodeling with trucks taking up many spots.

AC worked well and kept room cool. There's no clock in the room. The TV was fuzzy (unclear). There were no towels in the pool. There was no ice in the ice machine. Cold breakfast bar was empty. Hot breakfast bar was not keeping up with demand. Staff was friendly.

Comfortable room temperature. Easy check in and out Everything was great but several of the washcloths were stained and looked like they were barely washed.

Air conditioner was quite noisy.

Decent hotel for the price. Would stay there again
