Great check inn. Good lighting in the room, comfy bed, not the best pillows. Nice rain fall shower head. Nice large smart TV. The breakfast was good, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, potatoes, bagels, cereals, toast apple stuffed pancakes, waffles, ect. pillows could have been better. only one packet of each decaf and regular coffee with no other coffee available untill the 7am breakfast.

The property was a great place to stay, convenient location, restaurants and shopping near by. The lounge bar and grill was great.

The Staff weee helpful, location was good, breakfast was good. The room was dated.

ALSO, if you pre-paid with Expedia, the hotel will charge you and not tell you. So you get charged twice for a rm you already paid for. The front desk was super unhelpful. One set of charges, they seem they cannot find, apparently my company’s bank account did. AVOID at all costs. Especially any Wyndham owned hotels.

Staff were friendly and courteous. The included breakfast was acceptable but nothing to be excited about. Waffle maker is always nice. The front desk worker offered to approve a refund for my final overnight of the stay but was unable to do so with her authority due to booking through Expedia. I called Expedia to process the the refund. Apparently they booked through some type of third-party also. Expedia stated that this third party refused to honor the refund offer and instead chose to enforce the original non-refundable booking policy. I would be more upset if it were not a work trip that will be reimbursed to me, but it's something to consider when choosing your booking.

Location was good for us, it was clean, good breakfast. A very utilitarian feel to the room unlike our previous stay. We were on the bottom floor, pool level and it felt damp down there.

It was easy to park and inexpensive compared to other hotels in the area. Ground floor room got little natural light but at night the parking lot lights shined into the room.

Got to the very overpriced hotel room at 11pm after traveling all day. Bed was unmade and there was trash on the floor upon walking in the room. Took 3 calls and almost 2 hours to get someone to change the sheets. Person who changed the sheets had never made a bed before. Will not be going back.

While it was an older hotel, it was one of the cleanest hotels Ive been too. It is a very unique place and was a great stop. The only thing I would say that could have been improved is the hot tub was only warm and not a normal hot tub temp.

The staff was wonderful, the check in was thoroughly explained, they brought us extra pillows to the room. The food from the lounge was delish! The bathroom and the room in general were extremely nice, and the accessibility was incredible compared to other "accessable" rooms I've booked in other hotels. I really loved all the decor details. The bed was rather soft and sort of lumpy, which is better than too hard but... Yeah.
