The gym wasn’t a complete set of weights. Breakfast was decent and there were bugs kinda everywhere in random places of the hotel.
-
The toilet was leaking sewer all over the floor , they wouldn’t move us to a new room..unfortunately we were stuck there for two days.. the pool was closed down by the health department.. just a mess..

The Room was gross, Thee door and walls were dirty, it was nasty and hair in the shower that was not mine 😳, the water didn’t drain out of the tub quickly. I was so tired I didn’t have the energy to complain, I booked through a 3rd party and was not able to cancel the reservation. The afternoon/night clerk was super sweet and nice. I slept 4hours on top of the bed cover got up showered and left.

This was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Very disappointed
-
The room looked clean, but had an odd smell that seeped into my clothing. I was there for three nights and never had a visit from housekeeping.
-
They wanted to charge you by the hour if you showed up before 3. Then showed up later to check in and they gave our room to someone else and had to find one for us

This property needs some love in the lobby and hallways. Brown carpeting looked really dirty. Bathtub had a dripping shower head and mold on grout. Room smelled-thinking there a/c needed a good clean inside if that was the source. Bed was comfortable and linens were good. It’s the aging building that is the problem.

Room was terrible! Fridge was gross inside and outside, looked as if the carpet was not swept, hair on the back of the shower stall, cap off the handrail was off, need to update the lamps and sockets with USB ports, etc.
-
The property was not clean. The bed and bed frame had children’s stickers in them making me believe beds weren’t changed. Things are stained and rundown. It worked for what we needed and staff was incredibly helpful (which is worth its weight in gold often).

The property was a little run down--several items seemed to have had their maintenance neglected (broken handle on the closet, etc.), and the pool had apparently been closed for a few months (wish we had known that at the time of booking, as we were traveling with a kid that was looking forward to the hotel pool). Somehow our keycard deactivated early, too, and we had to have them let us back into the room (even before the stated check-out time). Meh, it was cheap...the hotel was fine for what it was.

There were all sorts of issues. There was blood in the sheets, the pull out bed had no bedding. The shower curtain didn’t cover the shower so water leaked everywhere. Staff fixed everything for us and were apologetic, but I would not stay here again.
-
If you purchase drinks and snacks they double charge you at the purchase of snacks and also bill to your room! City inspector shut the pool down. AC did not work. Spiders crawling all over the Lobby. Staff would not help with billing issue. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

We just stayed here for one night on the way back to Dallas. It was fine for one night. Good value. Hotel is older and it seems they are trying to make it look newer. Safe, quiet and clean place.

Long dark hairs in sink and tub, pile of debris on bathroom floor, bathroom sink did not drain, deadbolt not functional and security latch was barely attached. Had to wait for front desk at check in and check out. Relayed issues to gal at check out who didn't seem interested and didn't make a note of any of the concerns.

Pool was condemned by the city
-
The room was not really clean. The carpet was old and the whole room needed an update.
-
If you need a affordable place to stay this is it not bad it’s no 5 star hotel but the bed was clean shower water was hot with plenty of restaurants an store around

We specifically got the room that sleeps 6 people because we had our kids with us and needed the space and beds. Turns out the sofa bed was broken, the sheets had stains all over them, there was trash inside of it and what looked like dead bugs. We didn't find all of this out until late at night when we were getting ready for bed and already had some kids asleep so we couldn't switch rooms so we had to cram onto the other beds. I am beyond angry and will not recommend this hotel to anyone. If they have housekeeping they need to be fired because they obviously did not do their job.
