Heat was not working. Call the front desk twice. She said someone would come check. No one did.

Nothing..it was terrible!

The hotel is slightly run down and the room was stuffy before the air was turned on. But the beds were very comfortable and plenty of hot water.

Nothing The bathroom was beyond filthy! The only thing clean was the mirror. The sink had thick dirt & soap scum build up around drain. The counter in bathroom couldn’t have been cleaned in at least a month or more. I used wet wipes to wipe down the counter & they were literally black after cleaning the counter. The shower curtain had 8” of soap scum/ pink mold along the bottom & stunk. Who knows when it was last washed. The king bed felt like we were sleeping downhill on both sides. The hall door didn’t seal around frame & hall light was shining thru on top & sides all night. Ice machine was right outside room & you could hear people getting ice & talking loud all night. We were in room 109. The window sheers were missing one complete side & other side ripped.

The Hotel made me feel sick to my Stomach the moment I entered the room! The room #120 to be Exact was not Cleaned at All before my arrival!?? I went to the front desk to ask for another to be told that they were Booked up yet the lot was practically Empty. Th young lady at the desk assured me she would send housekeeping but se seemed overwhelmed and inexperienced. I returned two hours later and the room still was never touched. I was not offered compensation for Huge inconvenience or called by a Manager for the Uncomfortable situation even though I asked. I tried to get help through Hotes.com since I Booked through them& still no one answered their call the following day. I cannot believe they were not Prepared for the weekend Rush with Family weekend at Illinois State which was purpose for being there. my weekend was ruined and i left a day early for i could not Bare to sleep there another night. Home office offered Me Points and apologies but No Refund for wasted time and Money spent, we Cleaned our Room even after housekeeping supposed Did. Please Shut them Down!!! They need New Doors, Carpet, Drapes & Furniture just Gross

Worn out furniture with scratches. Breakfast buffet not attended to.

The staff was nice, the rest was just dirty.

Mold in the shower, the room smelled terrible.

Dated hotel and not well maintained. Staff was acceptable. Bread out of coffee and juice. No pool since May. It doesn’t look like they are going to fix or maintain it.

Good enough for one overnight trip. Outdated and a little dirty.

This is a decent hotel. Clean, comfortable rooms. The internet was slow (I was on a business trip) so that effected my time there. Breakfast was gone by 6:30am and was not replenished until 7:30. But it was overall a good breakfast. Parking lot was shared with another hotel which made it a little tight to park. There was a bunch of people hanging out in their cars all evening long with their lights on. I think they were smoking but it was a little weird.

thought I dropped something onto the floor under desk and discovered it was trash from previous guests. Hallway to room the next morning had debris falling from ceiling.

Ok place. Just musky smell in the rooms

First room they gave us smelled so bad of cigarette smoke. I asked for another room and it was just slightly less smell of cigarettes. We were told at check-in breakfast was from 6am-9am. We came down at 6:30 and nothing was left, floors were sticky and the counters a mess. The swimming pool has been shut down by the health department. I have no clue how this place has such a high rating. Don't believe them. Avoid staying here at all costs.

The place was pretty well kept, Nice rooms, with enough space. We will use this hotel to book all our stays in that area.
