Very old and not well maintained. Room smelled

Our stay was quite pleasant and the King suite had us wishing we were there for more than one night.

We would prefer scrambled eggs to Breakfast egg dish that this place featured.

Check in was super easy and quick. We got the handicap room we requested. The only downside was the lack of AC in the hallways, but the rooms were clean and well kept and the AC worked great. Loved the larger bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body soap in the shower. Less waste! Fantastic! The continental breakfast offered a great variety and was well stocked. We didn't have time for the pool this trip, but hopefully next one we will. Will definitely stay here again when we come back!

While the staff was excellent, our room was absolutely disgusting. It was damp and musty. The carpet was wet from something. We were too tired to change rooms and left as quickly as possible in the morning. We will not stay at this Hampton Inn again.

We love the room since it is very big and clean. The breakfast is great with many selections. The check-in process is fast with friendly front desk staff.

Breakfast was fantastic!! Lots more choices than usual breakfast.

- Location was convenient to our venue and lots of restaurants, shopping, etc. - Breakfast was about what I was expecting (waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereal, milk, juice, sweet breads, fruits, yogurt, etc). - Bed was really comfortable. - Room size was adequate. - Plenty of hot water when showering. Cons: - Batteries expired on door lock, so we weren’t able to access our room until maintenance could get them replaced. I would have figured that door lock battery replacement would be something on a regular rotation before they go dead. - Carpet in hallway was stained (needed deep cleaning or replacing). - Toilet seat was very loose and kind of flopped around.

The staff was great, the breakfast was good but they served the same thing everyday just changed up to a different sausage very boring breakfast. We had the two room suite the window had so much condensation built up in the window you could barely see out of it. The hot tub was so hot it was unsafe to get in and when circulation nothing but soap sudes.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hall carpets were a bit stained and the bathroom could use a little TLC but the rooms were clean and comfortable. I did not have to go begging for towels or coffee. The free breakfast was good. Had quite a few food choices for everyone's dietary needs.

There was no shampoo or conditioner in the bottles in the shower so I couldn’t wash my hair. They were completely empty. When we left I did inform the front desk.

Stay was better than expected. Could use a little cosmetic today but the check in young lady was terrific!

The rooms are just fine, but the carpet is kind of dirty. Breakfast was good and the staff was very nice.

I requested an accessible room. The original room they had for me still needed to be cleaned. The accessible room I ended up with had no shower bench. I had asked the clerk at the desk specifically about the shower bench. When I talked to another clerk, he said that he had no benches for the shower.

Everything was great!

Upon check in the entire lobby smelled of stale cigarette smoke, red flag number 1. When we got to our room the door was cracked and looked like it had been kicked in, red flag number 2. The air conditioner in our room was FULL of black mold and we also found an empty wine bottle on the floor. The carpet was sticky and the room was humid. We switched to a different room and that was not much better. The pool was also closed which was not communicated to us. Everything was humid and dusty. Our first and last stay here.

We have stayed at this property 5-6 times over the last 10 years. We stayed at it for the first time since 2021 this past weekend and it is incredible for much they have let the property age. There are stains or mold everywhere in the rooms, the carpet was sticky, the shower/tub would not drain, and there was an odor in the room. Will not be returning anytime soon.

There were enough outlets for my necessary assists. ( phone charger, hearing aids charger, Bipap machine and portable oxygen machine. However there was only one unused outlet bed side and I like my phone charger next to the bed in addition to my Bipap machine.
