Breakfast and area was disappointing with trash can overflowing when we arrived. Room had odd odor. Carpet needs replaced. Smart TVs would be nice. Shower leaks out by onto the bathroom floor. Had to put my shoulder into the door to get it to open. Based board and trim have areas in need of repair. Poor overall. Okay because all we did was sleep there.

Breakfast was prepared and served hot with many choices. Plenty of other restaurants close by.

Continental breakfast was fine. Rooms clean. Any extra services were met. Stayed there several times before.that should be the review

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Amenities were fantastic. The bar restaurant right across the parking lot Disthil had fantastic food great prices and their staff was also fantastic if I’m ever back in the Bloomington Illinois area I will definitely stay here again.

Staff was nice. Hotel in a good area. Breakfast was fantastic and the pool was nice. You could tell that the hotel was in need of a makeover (nothing terrible, just kind of worn out) but from what I understand, there is one coming later this year. Overall, a good stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Floor carpet was sticky for 2 days

I rated them as poor based on two bad experiences; first I was in town unfortunately because my college age child had been hospitalized so I needed a room last minute. I used Expedia, got checked-in for what I thought would be at least a two day stay. I ended up checking out a day early passing my key to the young lady at the front desk and she advised me to work with Expedia to see if I can receive a refund. I contacted Expedia, who in turn contacted the hotel directly to confirm that I had checked out. The hotel staff stated that I had not and that I was still on the property. No way! I was advised by Expedia that the hotel staff will follow the process to escalate this to management on the following Monday. I decided to call the hotel, getting through to the front desk asking a couple questions about the process, and how could they not have checked me out; the gentleman answered my initial question and when I went to ask a follow-up to clarify the process, he informed me that they were busy and he has no time to talk. I was shocked but should not have been based on his tone. I am one who typically will only write a review or share my experience when it is positive. In this case to have taken what I believe to be the proper steps and be shunned away did not settle well.

Check in was quick and the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Room was clean and had everything anyone would need. The indoor pool, whirlpool and fitness room are clean and convenient. Breakfast had a great variety to please all.

Perfect for a visit to ISU

Checking in was a pleasant experience, the guy was very friendly and helped pick out a place to eat. On the other hand, the lady checking us out was not friendly, acted like we were more of a burden when asked for a receipt- and barely said a word to us - even when we asked her a few questions. She definitely did not want to be there ! It' must be hard to find good help now a days !

Nice motel with comfortable beds, clean rooms, good breakfast and nice staff, thank you

Front desk staff seemed like he was not happy to be there. He did not tell us about the continental breakfast, check out time, asked if I was a Hilton honors member, etc. Seemed annoyed to have to look up my member number by phone number. Alright neighborhood and room was decent - definitely need some work in the room and cosmetic upgrades.

I will stay here again, it was a clean and easy to get to hotel. My only complaint was the TV, the remote didn’t work well and it stalled constantly. I would recommend a new TV, Maybe a smart TV people could stream to! Otherwise amazing and quiet hotel.

Staff were courteous and helpful but the property is aged and poorly maintained. Wallpaper is peeling, upholstery is stained or delaminating, tub grout has black mold. Hampton Inns have been my preference when traveling but the ratings were misleading re the condition if this location.

The room was very noisy.

I slept well, at one point there were people running up and down the hall, screaming, but that only lasts about 15 minutes. Nice quiet rest.

Breakfast had a lot of options.
