Nothing Nasty

From the moment we entered the room, cleanliness was clearly not a priority. The walls had what appeared to be food or other stains on them. The sheets and pillowcases were stained, the desk had not even been wiped down and still had leftover food on it, and several of the towels appeared dirty as well. The bathroom was especially concerning. The bathtub contained a mat that was visibly filthy, and the bathroom exhaust vent looked like it was about to fall out of the ceiling. To make matters worse, the water had a strong odor that smelled like wet paint whenever it was turned on. The condition of the hallways wasn’t any better, as there were dead cockroaches visible outside the rooms. The only positive thing I can say is that the staff members we interacted with were friendly and polite. Unfortunately, their kindness could not make up for the overall condition and cleanliness of the property. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to others unless significant improvements are made to housekeeping and maintenance.

Staff was great, but the building itself is very very outdated, unclean, and feels very humid/ muggy.

Nice being close to shopping but they could definitely improve there idea of cleanliness the hall ways smell like BO there bathroom was not very clean, never had a bathmat in any place I stay before so that gross me out

the bathroom was dirty and old, poor quality, the tv had a red line down the middle of it, no coffee pot, breakfast consisted of a package of muffins-there were gang signs outside-shoes hanging on powerlines right outside the building

If i couldve left, i wouldve… unfortunately, it was a last minute option, with several events booking up all of the other reasonably priced options in the area.

Inside is super nice. Outside is under construction and the staff is not good at English and it smells like feet and foreign food

I love how great the staff are, room was very clean and cozy, walking distance to collage hills shopping center . Very quiet and overall a pleasant stay! No complaints everything was fantastic

Didn't eat the breakfast. Location was good. No staff present at night. Visitors screamed and shouted in the hallway at night. No staff intervened. Visitors on parking lot playing music extremely loud. Could not get any rest. Bed sheets and bathroom were not very clean.

No ice bucket in room and no manager at front desk when I tried to get a bucket of ice.

Nothing No closet to hang clothes, nets were in the ice dispenser, staff upon check in was very rude

The place looks nothing like the pictures portrayed, don’t go there, lol

Good bang for your buck if other more creature comforts hotels are full. Very basic, with good proximity to restaurants and businesses. A no frills environment.

Breakfast was very basic, just coffee and a muffin. The coffee wasn’t out until around 6:30.

The bed was ckean and there were no bugs. The person checking me i. Was kind My room was not the cleanest but I was sleepy and did care that the floor was unswep and the towel had someone hair on it and it was very busy head board.
