They do require a $100 hold on credit card at check in for damages that was not mentioned on Expedia.

The water pressure & lighting in the bathroom really need to be looked at. It would be great to have an area to sit stuff in the bathroom and maybe some hooks.

Clean, comfortable stay from bathroom to bed. Room with double queen was very spacious compared to many other places. Person at front desk was friendly and helpful. Plenty of convenient parking. Standard complimentary breakfast was done well and not over crowded.

A little further from campus but nice hotel. There’s a restaurant and charging station on site.

There were bugs in the bathroom. A cricket and another crawling bug. The bathroom shower had tile off and the grout was nasty. It did not deserve the good rating it had.

Do not stay here. Some toast caught fire ant 6:30 am and all the fire alarms went off. There was smoke everywhere. We made our way down the stairwell to the emergency exit CLEARLY marked emergency exit and it was locked. Luckily we were able to exit to the lobby. When I complained and showed the staff the exit and showed them it was locked. They tried the door themselves and confirmed it was locked. They then told me oh this door just goes out to the parking lot. That’s why it’s locked. I said yes I see that but it says EMERGENCY exit and this was an emergency. They simply said but it was just toast. Very unsafe and uncaring environment

Clean room. Comfortable bed. Good parking.

The staff was helpful. I was helped as soon as I walked inside. They let me know about the continental breakfast and where my room was located. The room was overall in good condition. There was a power drill left in the room. Someone came got it within a couple hours of me arriving. The Breakfast was okay, kinda of picked over. Needed restocked. Overall experience was good. The value for what I paid was decent.

The shower head and holder were broken and usable. Outside of that, the staff and cleanliness was adequate

I had a great and peaceful stay. The breakfast was amazing and fresh.!

The room was missing a bedside lamp. No kleenex in the holder, the batteries needed to be changed in the TV remote and the elevator never was cleaned. The breakfast was barely edible and the pool was empty. It’s not really close to the airport and I do not in good conscience believe I could recommend this property to anyone

Sink did not drain atall staff could not fix and did not change the room stayed for one night had to use tub for sink work

Mattress not firm but was new. Breakfast was like a continental, did not eat any of it.
