very convenient location to campus and Kirkwood Ave

We loved the vintage charm of this Inn. Breakfast was great and liked that they had fresh cut fruit. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the room we stayed in (Room 23) did not have a fridge or microwave. I’m not sure if the other rooms do. It’s an excellent place to stay for a short visit. We will return!

Very quiet, clean and well kept rooms. Has a bed & breakfast vibe mixed with a small hotel. We would stay again if ever in the area.

The room had a few cobwebs but in the scope of everything, it really was nothing

Wonderful location, great property and service. Great value and staff was very kind Water pressure in shower was very poor and air conditioner produced more noise than normal.

Nice old room and notably nicely updated bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient to downtown and campus. Would certainly stay here again if I had the chance.

This was a great stay with a breakfast that included oatmeal, fruit, and assorted breads s as well as a unique dish prepared for that day. Great coffee and seating on the patio. Rooms are cute and have a lot of history. Great location to campus and town.

Very clean and quaint, delicious food at breakfast! Within easy walking distance to Indiana University, where we were visiting.

The room was very clean , the staff was very helpful. Especially the ones who serves the breakfast. The only thing is that the air conditioner is controlled in one main place for the whole floor so if you have hot flashes , just FYI . But other than that the place is exceptionall.

Excellent

Great location near the University of Indiana. Easy walk to shopping and restaurants. Nice freshly cooked breakfast in the morning. It wasn’t their fault but a movie was being filmed on their block, making it hard to get to the property and was noisy late into the evening as they filmed some scene.

Fresh baked cookies every evening was a great touch. Breakfast was solid, with a variety each day.

It was centrally located. The fact that while I was drying off after a shower, the tile where I placed my foot gave way and crumbled causing me to fall. The tile and little pieces of plaster stayed there on the floor after I told 2 people about it.

Anytime I am in the area in the future, they will be my first choice.
