Hilton Garden Inn Cincinnati Blue Ash

Carpet in room needed attention, torn in several places. The biggest issue was the lack of visibility of the sign, too small and too low.

Lobby was clean but room needed some updates/clean up (replace carpet, bathroom was worn/needed better cleaning). This was the first time we encountered a charge for breakfast. Room key was not available at 3:45pm - I didn't need to get into room, just wanted key because we were headed downtown to concert and wouldn't be back till midnight.

Very clean with friendly staff.

Door to room was sticking - we had to replace our key cards. Door then refused to open - had to have maintenance replace the lock mechanism. Food at breakfast had no flavor - should be free - would not recommend purchasing the breakfast package. Last but not least, there were bed bugs in our room. When I brought this to the hotel’s attention, they offered to take one night’s stay if of our bill. We were supposed to stay for four nights! We left after our third night. I’ve never had this type of experience at a Hilton hotel before. Very disappointed.

Upon check in, the computers were not working and we couldn’t check in. We ended up going to an event and checking in later

The room was clean although you can see some age in the bathroom, especially on the walls around the tub. My one complaint was the gym. Absolutely nothing was stocked in the gym (towels, water, sanitary wipes, etc.). I was in their on a Thursday and another guest commented it had been like that since at least Monday. A hotel with a fitness center needs to pay more attention to keeping it stocked. I did mention it to the front desk clerk.

It was ok!!!!!!!! Our ice machine didn’t work on our floor. The shower heads needs to be updated, my water pressure in my shower felt as if I was taking a bird bath😫 Nice stay overall.

For how much you have to pay to stay here the Hotel is not worth it. We stayed on the fifth floor and there was already an odor in the main hallway. The room had a musty cigarette odor, all likely coming from the old carpet. It made you wonder how clean the bed sheets were. The bathroom sink was leaking water onto the counter from the faucet base and the shower looked questionable. The rooms are in desperate need for updates and remodels. Won't be staying here again.

Little dated, A/C loud, but perfectly fine

When we arrived to the property the toilet in our room wouldn't flush properly before we even took our bags off the cart. We also had a stain on the bedding We called to change rooms and they said they were sold out. They sent someone who used a tool to make it work again but he dripped toilet water all over our floor. We requested for someone to come clean the floor they said no one was available until morning. We had two towel sets for 4 people staying. We requested more towels and was told there were no more we would have to wait until morning. We kept checking in that evening and they had more washed and available. We checked in after 5 pm. Later that night the AC stopped working and it was very hot. We also noticed there were a bunch of random bugs in the room flying around. It was a very unpleasant stay.

Our room AC was flakey weather it would work or not on a 90 degree day and all the front desk offered was that maintenance would be there after we checked out. A light in the pool wall came out and was dangerously dangling in the water and when reporting to the front desk they knew about it but hadn't put up a sign or locked the door to keep guests from using it.

I would have said excellent, except the shower head was faulty, and the TV setup was not good.

Friendly staff, clean room, but the air conditioner was incredibly loud and the toilet in the bathroom ran constantly. Tough for trying to get some sleep.

Air conditioning tried its best, but couldn’t bring the room lower than 71°, WiFi didn’t work unless you were in the lobby, had to use cable- no smart tv capability, breakfast is not free and the cost for what you get is not worth it- at all, no housekeeping the entire time we were there (3 nights, 4 days), just all around, not worth the cost of the nightly stays.

Dated, needs some maintenance, some cleanliness issues

Good hotel in good location but it is showing some age.
