Hyatt Place Cincinnati/Blue Ash

Property was very clean and breakfast was done very well. Needed more coffee and a fresh pot was brought out right away.

The carpet and furniture in this hotel is very stained and dirty. Room carpet was ok but overall this property needs an overhaul.

Clean and friendly people

The beds were fine but the ceiling was leaking into our room, called for maintenance at 5:30pm and they never came. We were offered another room but we're too tired to change at 10pm so we wiped it up a bit ourselves. Had to call the front desk from the adjacent room because the phone also didn't work.

The property is dated and it needs an upgrade but overall the staff was very nice and the hotel and rooms were clean as they could be. We had stains on our sofa in the room . There were stains in the carpet in the halls as well. I didn’t like how tight the bathroom was with t gr toilet and shower. The space was very tight and hard to manage. They have a good hit breakfast.

made a room change the first. outside light shining in the room. staff moved me with no problems.

Carpeting had some stains and was wet in area of window air conditioner. Nice shower. overall,just average .

Staff is great. Upgrades are coming in the fall according to the staff.

Got keys to the first room . Entered and immediately saw a big water leak in the ceiling. Went back to front desk and got the second room key. This rooms ac was not working properly but it was late and I was tired. The room ne er got comfortable. There was also a group of teens at the hotel, a sports team of some kind. Although accompanied by adults they were running and chasing each other through the hallways . Expected a better exper6 for my money.

The living room area I had a water leak and mattress was wet. I just got done fighting stage 3 cancer so my a immune system is low. My son and I went to use the pool and it was absolutely filthy. I didn't get into it cause I didn't want to catch anything.

I would have given 1 Star but the staff was very nice and helpful, so I gave an extra Star for that. The room reeked of marijuana when we entered. Since the hotel was completely full there was very little chance of getting another room so we were stuck staying in that room with children. There was a constant noise from across the hall every 15 minutes that sounded like a very loud dial tone. It was quite annoying. There weren't enough pillows in a room that slept 5. We asked for more pillows but the hotel ran out of pillows so we had to make do with sofa pillows that were very uncomfortable. The lights over the beds didn't seem to work. The sink and countertop wasn't clean so I had to clean it with soap and water. For some odd reason there was no microwave. The pool looked like it had algae growing on the side in the 5 foot end. The breakfast was extremely limited but since it came with the price of the room I wasn't really concerned about it. No one came in to clean and maintain the dining area so there was food all over the counter, which made it very unappetizing to say the least. On the upside, the beds were comfortable and the TV worked fine. It is possibly the worst hotel I've ever stayed in for the price, we will definitely never stay there again.

Unprofessional staff, hard to tell who was a random guy hanging out or a staff member. Breakfast area unclean, not stocked, employees standing around waiting to be asked to take care of things.

The dishes were dirty and the bed laundry was dirty

The hotel is old. My room was dirty the bathroom was dirty. The downstairs for breakfast was dirty while closed eggs and pancake mix all over. Dishes were dirty. I’ll never stay here again. And I love the Hyatt
