They were under construction at the moment but it wasn’t disclosed in the listing. The staff were still nice and every thing was decent except the front reception area

The building was under construction. There were hairs in the bathroom. The shower was puddling. We didn’t get the breakfast even though it was included

They were doing renovations but provided the basics. Also there were alot of places to eat around them and they were close to the highway. I will My room back to back to the elevator. But that was minor. And the fridge did not work well. But I will stay again. because of the location.

The hotel was a complete mess. Lobby under construction. Dust and dirt everywhere. Staff interaction was minimal, it was like they were hiding to avoid contact with guests. Shower didn't drain, hand towel holder came off the wall . Breakfast was a Nature Valley granola bar with coffee like highway asphalt! COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT...

It was a construction site. They were renovating the lobby. We’d never have stayed there if we knew that was the case.

Normally I am not one to complain but we stay at Hyatts all the time and this one was a shocking surprise. The lobby is currently being renovated which is its own thing. But everything was kind of dirty. And then you get to the room and it’s questionable at best. The shower drain wouldn’t drain, you can’t close the bathroom door without standing inside the shower, the door wouldn’t close to the bathroom, tv didn’t work, furniture was all worn and broken. Seems like they know they need to update things but it is definitely in a state of disrepair and not at all to the standard of the Hyatt that we are used to.

Really cool spot. It was clean, and the staff was friendly. The only complaint I have is that the TVs are satellite. It rained all night, and none of the channels worked. Bit annoying.

We happened to visit during a remodel. We still had a nice room with a great bed. The staff was helpful when the coffee maker didn’t work and got us a new one. We had a good stay.

It’s not very well maintained or cleaned. There were employees laying all over the couches in the lobby. Elevators are dirty. Someone was burning incense. Needs updated badly.
