Hyatt Place Cincinnati/Blue Ash

Breakfast was sub par . Not a whole lot of choice of fruit and yogurt etc..

Word of advice, don't still in this hotel if you don't want to be disrespected by the staff. When I arrived to the room, the toilet seat was dirty, the ac barely worked, but I was willing to ignore these issues if it weren't for the extremely rude housekeepers, they will not even wait for you to completely check out and they get into the room almost kicking you out, yell at you, cursed at you, and we a really toxic actitud. I have stayed in many hotels, good and bad, but never felt disrespected like in this one. Choose other hotel if you can don't make this your first choice.

We drove from Cleveland and didn't have a room at 7pm when we arrived in Cincinnati. Hyatt had sold our room. There was no availability, no rooms for our reservation! Again Terrible FD

I like checking out of the place The ceiling in my room was leaking, the hallway was dirty. Everything looked old and barely holding up.

9am end time seemed a little early No one at front desk when we arrived. Lobby area wasn’t very clean.

My room was not clean, my shower head did not work, and my room was next to a staff area that was very loud.

Location was very convenient. Facility had some nice qualities. Friendly staff. Room was quiet and comfortable. Area felt safe. Linens fresh and clean. Comfortable bed. Two elevators. Loved having a couch and small dining table/desk in our room. Small kitchenette (little fridge and sink) a plus. Having bathroom sink separate from shower and toilet a plus. The heating/cooling system was quiet and efficient. Great lighting. The breakfast seating area was welcoming and the food presentation area was great, but the food itself was a disappointing. Bacon extremely undercooked. Scrambled eggs were flat rounds. Pancakes were as flat as the egg rounds. Only one kind of bagel was the bread offered. There were several kinds of cold cereal. There was sour cream and salsa for the for the eggs. A great variety of tea boxes were on the coffee bar, but unfortunately, most of the boxes were empty. I appreciated that they tried, but something was off. In spite of the breakfast disappointment, I’d definitely stay there again.

Loved the outdoor pool and the clean large rooms.

Room was very humid. I don't think the AC was working properly. The room had a moldy smell to it. The bed mattress was old and had a huge tear in the side of it where you could see all the springs.

The size of the bed Bathroom doors would not shut because they were too close to the toilet. In room air conditioning unit could not be shut off unless unplugged. Specific feature rooms that were booked were not available.

Loved the room loved tbe bed. In good location. Great value. That they didnt have a microwave n the room

Clean, nice location Beds were uncomfortable and breakfast was disappointing.

Ease of checking in and out. Room was good but the quality of the materials is sub standard. Ceiling was all wavy and looked like it was falling down in places. Decor was good but lamp was rusted and falling apart.

There was no microwave in the room. There was no laundry on the property which is important cause we had basketball players staying there. The pool was not open. The breakfast was not good. They didn't even have butter for the pancakes! Our room was spacious and clean but I probably will not book at this property again.

Quiet, 3 star hotel, outdated and a little run down. Only has one desk/bar/ office person per shift. Buffet area is very small and very limited, basic scrambled egg, pre cooked frozen sausage, frozen French toast, cereal, bagels, coffee and juice. Will not stay again

We got a room and the battery was dead on the room so we couldn't get in..after about 45 minutes later we got another room. The photo on hotels.com looks like an indoor pool. It's an outdoor pool the breakfast was the worst Hyatt breakfast I've ever had and one of the worst compared to any hotel. The hotel didn't seem clean...even the table in the lobby had so much dust on the bottom someone wrote "dust me". I would never stay here or reccomend this hotel to anyone.
