Breakfast was so hot and fresh

THis is a nice property. It is a work in progress. It need a little work but small items are easily overlooked. Overall very pleasant staff and good stay.

Everything was what u would want when you stay in a hotel. Clean, friendly,pool, breakfast. Close to everything with just being outside of the city. Enjoyed staying there. Can't say anything bad about the place

Very clean room, Staff very friendly.

Our room had lights out, a desk that was coming apart and paint chips on the floor in the restroom and a hole that was patched in the restroom looked like a 7 yr old did the repair. There were multiple things stacked just across the hall from our room near the employee only room. The pool was not in service. A woman that came in before me found mold in her room. They would not give her money back to her as she told them they decided not to stay. She handed their key cards back and the person on duty would not get the manager, but told the woman to call back the next day. Our TV was scrambled on many channels. The breakfast was ok. We stayed at the same hotel 8 years ago. It was clean and spotless, the staff was wonderful, and was one of the best hotel experiences we ever had. I would not recommend staying there again

The room was reasonably clean but obviously worn. It was clear that not much attention is being paid to keeping it refreshed. This was especially true with regard to the bathroom, which was not only very small, but also had a toilet and bath/shower that were in serious need of a good cleaning. It didn't appear that the toilet had been cleaned after prior guests and the shower had significant mold (along with a broken stopper that was lying on the edge of the tub). One of the towels and a pillowcase were both soiled or stained. The public areas outside the room were attractive and clean. The dining room appeared to be particularly clean and while the breakfast buffet offerings were similar to many other hotels, the food itself was very good.

The room was big for the price and very cozy. The bed feels amazing and overall is great. The hotel does have a lil odor that smells like an old building but that’s about it. They also have paintings that are hanging that you can purchase that I think locals make and they are great. The front desk ladies are amazing and very pleasant. Will definitely be returning!

rooms are good, breakfast was ok, nothing to complain, not the best but also not the worst.

Everything was clean and it was so quiet. The room was nicely sized and I loved the style. We slept great and felt quite safe.

I'd stay there again for a good rate - but it looks fancier than it really is. Modern / New Orleans feel to it works but the furniture is nicked up and room could use a little maintenance. I did sleep well. I'd call the hotel "millenialized" with an Ikea-quality gormet coffee theme and minimal staff communication. Breakfast was OK but nothing special. To check-in, had to wait about 20 minutes for desk staff to show up - really the only thing that needed to be cleaned-up.

And there were holes everywhere and it is so outdated like it’s stuck in the 70’s. Ugh I slept with one eye open! Never again in life would I stay there again!! Hotel clerks in the back playing other cell phones just horrible. Whoever owns this property should be fined and put out of business period! Take them edited photos down!!! Very misleading! The floors were dirty, furniture old looked like furniture from the Monsters. Bathroom was also dirty! Take that picture offline with the maid she was not cleaning that was a photo op!

First, the pictures on Hotel.com are edited and do not capture the actual lack of cleanliness of the hotel. The floors are dirty. The walls are dirty. The rooms are dirty. We found several pieces of hair in the bathroom and it smelled like mildew. Additionally, there was plastic trash on the floor. This confirmed that the room was not as clean as it should be. It was an uncomfortable stay due to the lack of cleanliness. The stay was not present at the front desk. I had to shout multiple times for someone to get up and come to the desk. The door was cracked and you could see the gentleman sitting watching his cell phone. The pool in the back of the hotel was not clean. It was filthy. This hotel should have a one star rating simply due to not being clean.

Washer was broken. Treadmill broken. No bowling as advertised. Room door stuck often. Parking not great. Carpets dirty everywhere. Walls were chipped in places. Room service didnt take out trash or replace toilet paper. A pillowcase on the bed upon arrival had what looked like a coffee stain on it. Looks are deceiving. Place was kind of run down. Water stains on ceilings. Bed comfort was not bad. Rooms were spacious. Pool was open and clean. Price was better than other places around so I guess we got what we paid for. Not a terrible stay, but definitely room for improvement!

The room was very roomy and nice.

The inside esthetic is nice but still lacking upkeep. The door didnt open for us, but the receptionist was able to know how to jimmy it. The room was nice, but there is still an old bath tub shower. The outside looks the worse. There's a reason why they dont show you that in the pictures.

Staff was so nice. I’d stay again!

Great location. Good value. Nice breakfast. Wonderful bed. Very quiet. Clean. Lobby was absolutely dark when I arrived at 10 pm. Seemed creepy. Not a single light was on. Only light on was at the reception desk.

Hotel accommodation suited the short stay needs

Size of the room and location were great! There was dust on the back of the sofa, why? Toilet was very slow. There was dirt in the corners of the bathroom. It was very difficult to open door. Bathroom had water leaking on the floor. TV was very difficult to work and understand.
