Great place to stay! Very clean, nice room layouts, good breakfast.

I really like this place. Most of all, I love having a fully equipped kitchen. And I love that they allow pets. I will give up perfect cleanliness for allowing pets any day. Yes, some stains in the rug. Some spider webs in the window sills. And one time my room had bugs so they very apologetically moved me to a different room. Can happen anywhere. Mostly it was really nice and I felt very comfortable and safe. Good area, convenient to everything. Staff were all very pleasant Definitely would stay again.

my worst ever experience, the front desk was very unfriendly like you owe them a couple of thousands, checkin in late, I found a line at 4:15 pm, because of cleaning ladies shortage. The worst -I woke up completely bitten by some insects, probably bed bugs

My family and my parents checked in to two separate rooms late at night. The older black gentleman that checked us in was terrible. Tried to give him grace because it was a little after midnight. After telling him over and over that they were separate he tried to do them together, then charged the wrong cards to the wrong rooms, then told us there was nothing he could do about it. The next day a younger gentleman with long brown hair helped fix our cards in less than 10 mins. He was extremely helpful. My family had a 2 room suite, it wasn’t trashed but it was not well cleaned at all! We had an almost gone toilet paper roll in our bathroom, all kinds of trash still behind our night stands, and the scrub mommy under the sink was used by previous people! The parking just is what it is, it was a busy weekend so busy parking. But there was plenty. The breakfast was great and the basketball area was nice for the kids.

The location is close to multiple food choices and the large kitchen facilities were a welcome change to some other hotel options. People mowing at 7:45 am on a Saturday outside my window. The grass clippings on my car. The stained/ torn carpet in my unit. How much I could hear my neighbors at all hours of the night.

Have been staying here the last few years for our KI trips. It's now the only place I'll stay. My hubs locked himself out while I was sleeping. The desk wouldn't let him in since he wasn't listed on the reservation. I was quite happy to hear that. Though he was 100% supposed to be there, what if he wasn't? Kudos to the staff for being diligent with security. Always clean, friendly staff, awesome free breakfast, warm pool. Though a little pricey, you get what you pay for. Next trip already booked! The carpets could be a little cleaner. We obviously stayed in what's used as a pet friendly room, there were quite a few circle stains and feet were dirty after walking around barefoot.

Great place to stay with amenities. The staff was really helpful and nice. Lots of room for a family of 5 to stay here compared to a hotel.

Everything was so wonderful. Staff was so accommodating and helpful. Continental breakfast was actually really good. The pool was fun and we had it to ourselves for the most part. The suites were very clean and comfortable with common appliances included. Parking right in front of your suite. Lovely stay!

The pool and the breakfast were ok, but the room cleanliness was downright awful. There were stains all over the carpet in all the rooms. The one room smelled terrible of urine, so bad so that you felt like you couldn’t close the door and close off fresh air. I have two dogs myself , it’s like they didn’t even try to clean it up. The counters were sticky, trash on top of fridge, dead bugs on all window sills. Concept and location were good and close to a lot of things but housekeeping is a strong weak point. Called to see if I could check in early if room was ready. They said the room was ready but it was a $30 early check in fee, yeah right.

It was in a good area and the breakfast was decent The WiFi was horrible and took away my boys and I. Wing able to enjoy streaming while in the room. Couldn’t watch any movies because the tvs weren’t smart tvs. No good channels to watch at all. The room wasn’t the cleanest. Furniture was badly stained and felt dirty. Windows were dirty where you could tell the previous occupants had small children that touched all over the windows at the bottom. Bathroom lights were very dim.

Our room and our friends room had a weird bathroom/sewage smell to it for the entirety of our stay. It seemed to be worse at evening time when we got back to our room from being gone all day.

The bed was very comfortable. We were able to sleep well. The kitchen was pretty, well stocked with needed utensils and a huge refrigerator. The coffee in the breakfast/lobby area was excellent. The food was great especially the morning with omelettes and bacon. Also all the extras breads with toaster, pancake and waffle maker were available. The front desk was great about giving fresh linens each day. We will be back the next time we visit Cincinnati.

Breakfast menu was good. I will say kitchen staff was very quick to close down, beginning at 9:25 am to start closure of 9:30 am. I observed 2 girls arriving at 9:32 am and all food and drink was removed. They received no breakfast.

Beds horrible. People slamming doors all night. Room in poor repair. Stains on the ceiling. Floor coming up

A cockroach crawled out from beneath the bed upon arrival. The sheets had NOT been changed prior to our arrival! Totally unacceptable!! Roxie, the check in staff lady, was WONDERFUL! She brought us clean bedding and helped me make the bed as Housekeeping had already left for the day (sadly without doing their job in our room!). Also, we were given a brand new mattress pad still in the package after the supposed clean one from the laundry room was covered in pet hair. There is a terrible problem with the laundry process! The next morning there was evidence of rodent activity in the kitchen due to a large hole chewed in a bagged up food package. I recommend Roxie for a BONUS! I recommend firing the housekeeper responsible for cleaning the room we had. I recommend an overhaul on the laundry facility and process. I highly recommend the hotel be treated for cockroaches and rodents. Needless to say, we won't be back!!!
