Fireplace the carpet smelled the water pressure in the one bathroom was terrible not very clean. The bathroom bathrooms were too small. The towels were horrible.

Bed had hair and stains in it. Toliet seat was dirty. Floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed.

The room was clean, the staff was so helpful and breakfast hit the spot every morning. Parking was good!

Great room with kitchen and amenities

Great place to go if you’re visiting Cincinnati or somewhere if you want to relax. Great amenities.

Older property. Although non smoking now can smell it use to be a smoking property room had smells of smoke.

Breakfast was great. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Room had a bad urine smell. Thankfully Expedia helped us get reimbursed and we were able to find another hotel in a couple hours.

The room was dusty and had fleas! The carpets were dirty and the air vents were caked in dust. The faucet to the kitchen sink was not secured and seems like it would come apart at any minute. There was also rust in the tub. Would not recommend staying here at all. The hotels.com rating is nowhere close to where it should actually be!

Excellent! Comfortable beds, clean and great breakfast

We had booked a different hotel this trip. However when we got to our hotel we had booked the room was gross and the pool was not working so we were scrambling to find another place to go and could not have been more happy to find this place and now every time we go back to Kings Island this will be where we stay. Amanda who worked at the front desk was amazing so welcoming. Can’t wait to come back

We were very pleasantly surprised by the size and amenities at this hotel! We had a wonderful stay, enjoying our large suite, breakfast daily, and the pool. We'd definitely stay again!

I really like the pool, the breakfast and the layout of the hotel room. Very spacious. The front desk receptionist was nice. First impressions of the room were not as good as soon as we entered there was a funky smell, like musty and curry mixed together. There were untreated stains all over the room in the carpets mostly. There was a used sponge in the kitchen. I literally cleaned and disinfected everything because of how bad the smell was. But the beds were amazing and soft and comfortable. Beds were clean. The kitchen was clean and big and spacious. We liked the breakfast bar. It was great to have two full bathrooms! And a full living room. Overall I would come back but definitely would change rooms next time if it was that stinky.

Great place to stay! Very clean, nice room layouts, good breakfast.

I really like this place. Most of all, I love having a fully equipped kitchen. And I love that they allow pets. I will give up perfect cleanliness for allowing pets any day. Yes, some stains in the rug. Some spider webs in the window sills. And one time my room had bugs so they very apologetically moved me to a different room. Can happen anywhere. Mostly it was really nice and I felt very comfortable and safe. Good area, convenient to everything. Staff were all very pleasant Definitely would stay again.

my worst ever experience, the front desk was very unfriendly like you owe them a couple of thousands, checkin in late, I found a line at 4:15 pm, because of cleaning ladies shortage. The worst -I woke up completely bitten by some insects, probably bed bugs
