Large rooms. Good location. Friendly staff. Strange perfumes odor in public spaces.

I had a really nice stay. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was good. The only issue I had was how hot the hallways were once you get off the elevator. It's August the halls should be cool.

Very good

The room had crumbs on the floor. The microwave had crumbs in it. Besides that the room was clean. I like the sitting area outside and continental breakfast was good.

The hotel was very clean - even the common areas. The AC in our room, however, was very LOUD, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. It needed to be serviced, or even replaced.

Nothing! Due to a computer problem the hotel would not let us check in. We waited for four hours for the situation to resolve only to be told they could not check us in even though we had prepaid for the weekend. So we were left scrambling at 8pm that evening trying to find another hotel. The staff did not even apologize for the inconvenience. I am sure they were overwhelmed and stressed but a little empathy would have been nice. There was no effort to try and help us find alternative lodging. There was no apology for the inconvenience.

The design of the room was great. Everything we needed in an easy flowing space. Exceptionally well layed out. My husband is handicapped and this worked great for us. No yogurt at breakfast. Really nothing to say here.

I wasn't able to check in so I didn't get to use or see anything The employee at the hotel were extremely callous. They refused to accept the rate i paid online through booking.com The hotel wanted $450 additional to what we paid. It was obvious they had been through this before and the manager tried to tell me what to say to booking.com and I thought that was extremely unprofessional. I should not have been involved because this is a corporate issue. If a company partners with an organization they should be held equally accountable for things like this. What makes this sad was i had my family and my wife was sick. We had to find some place else before it got dark. At 2am the following morning, the hotel kept trying to get money of my card. I got a notification of every attempt and they started changing the amount until they got just under $200. Why were they still trying to get money of my card when they knew they had refused us. I was angry and never been so embarrassed for two organizations. Why is the Hilton allowing booking.com to sell their rooms if they will not accept rates booked. The challenges between huge companies should not have left me and my family to deal with it and bare the fallout of any contractual deficiency. I did have to pay over $350 to get my family settled in somewhere and tried to enjoy what was left of our vacation.

Rooms smelled like dirty socks, very low water pressure. The hallways were like saunas, the staff was very difficult to communicate with because they were foreign. Stephanie was rude and argumentative towards our complaints. The breakfast consisted of frozen biscuits, cold sausage and gravy, sausage patties that were like rubber, and waffle mix for Belgium waffles. The only edible thing was the waffles.
-
Our rooms smelled like old dirty socks, the water pressure was very poor. The hallways were like saunas, the elevator was broken.
-
The elevator was broken, the room smelled like dirty stinky socks, the shower had no water pressure, and the only thing that was edible on the free breakfast was the waffles that you make yourself.
