Very nice clean property with breakfast in the morning. Would bokk again

Amazing staff ! Clean rooms with easy check-in.

Rooms smelled like dirty socks, very low water pressure. The hallways were like saunas, the staff was very difficult to communicate with because they were foreign. Stephanie was rude and argumentative towards our complaints. The breakfast consisted of frozen biscuits, cold sausage and gravy, sausage patties that were like rubber, and waffle mix for Belgium waffles. The only edible thing was the waffles.

Our rooms smelled like old dirty socks, the water pressure was very poor. The hallways were like saunas, the elevator was broken.

Clean room. Very comfortable beds and pillows, however there were only 3 pillows on the king size bed, should have been 4. Breakfast was not diabetic friendly though, only sugar sweetened cereals, yogurt was good but it was also not light or sugar free. Lots of. Carbohydrates which are a no no for diabetics. Bagals, muffins, oatmeal, waffles but no sugar free syrup ! No bread for toast, no fresh fruit. The entree they had was the same all 3 days and it was scrambled eggs and cheese baked on half a bagel, it was just ok. The multiple other home 2 suites I have stayed in had many entrees and they changed them every day ! I ended up just having coffee and a 1/4 cup of yogurt with nuts in it so I could take my meds and going somewhere else to eat. I would stay here again for sure but would bring my own breakfast

Everything was excellent.

Overall, this property did not meet expectations and clearly not up to the standard of other Home2 properties where we have stayed.

Very happy with my stay. Had some food to prepare, and that went smoothly with the accommodations. The staff at the front desk were extremely warm and helpful and accommodating to our group.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast had several hot and cold options. My kids sued the pool and fitness center and liked it. We stayed 3 nights and visited Kings Island each day which was about 15 minutes away. Great hotel I would stay again

The Staff was really nice and the hotel itself was very well equipped with everything you would need for a nights stay. The only thing I didn’t like was the fact I couldn’t check in until after 4pm. But that’s understandable.

The carpet and couch/chairs had multiple stains. The dishwasher had dirty dishes in it that smelled foul. We typically stay at the home2 suites in Oakley which is very clean. Will not return to this location.
