Room was clean. Stay is primarily on line - all requests on line. We evidently didn't request cleaning which means you had to go to the lobby - where we reminded to contact via text.

Beautiful room and an easy check in!

Excellent for a quick getaway with the family. Water bottle stations and ice dispensers centrally located made it quite convenient for filling up before daily adventures.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a very nice property with a beautiful view. The reason it got a lower rating was there was no air-conditioning. Perhaps that is listed on their site and I missed it but we had to ask for a fan and then in the middle of the night, get up and open all the windows to keep our room cooled. Also had a struggle with the hot water as it took 10 minutes before it warmed up but we made staff aware of it, and they were very kind in their responses. The staff in the room were all excellent. It was just a couple little things. To be aware of.

Great location, updated rooms, spacious

Pleasantly surprised with this last minute booking. Check in was easily achieved via email and text messages. No need to go to front desk! The king room was large. Furnishing seemed new and fresh. Nice couch in front of modern fireplace under a huge flat screen tv. The bed and linens were very comfortable. We realized we could use some wine glasses to enjoy our bottle in front of the fireplace. All it took was a text message and wine glasses came to the door with in minutes. Although we didn't use the hot tub it looked clean. The overall parking was easy, plenty of room, no need to squeeze in small spaces. The location was great, close to restaurants and small markets. Overall I cannot fault this hotel with anything. We had a very nice stay. Will definitely be back!

This is our second stay here. We love all the remodels they done to the place. Rooms are spacious. Beds are comfy. The place is quiet and walking distance to restaurants and the beach.

We paid for a Bay View and instead found ourselves looking at the back of another building at the hotel and a telephone pole. I knew that the weekend was most likely completely booked and we probably could not be moved, but I wanted them to know I was unhappy for paying for something that I didn’t get. As well, the first night I was cold and so I put on clean socks, and when I went to put my socks away the next morning, they were filthy - The floor had not been mopped before our stay and so we had to request a cleaning. The guy in the lobby said he would let his manager know, but we never heard anything. The rooms are sparse. They knew we had two guests staying in the room and yet there was one chair for a desk and that was it. No place to sit and play cards or have a cup of coffee. And speaking of coffee, there were two disposable cups for a four nights stay. (No housekeeping or replenishment of anything…you have to request it and then go get it yourself) That’s four mornings reusing a disposable cup?? They’re disposable - there should’ve been a whole stack. There are no robes in the room, so if you want to use the hot tub you walk from your room in a bath towel… All in all, very disappointed, and this was for my husband‘s birthday. We’re left a day early - which I have never done, but that is how disappointing our stay was. Lesson learned…

Checked in after 6 PM. No towels in the bathroom. None. Staff did bring some after a few minute. Wait. No pillowcases on the pillows. Only pillow protectors.

Check-in was at 4 PM, which is a little later than usual for me, so I asked about an early check-in. It was an additional $50. Overall, my stay was pleasant and peaceful. Check-in was pretty quick, and my room faced the road, which wasn’t a big issue for me. The tub was nice, although it was a little difficult to get out of, especially if you’re older. Also, be prepared for water to get everywhere when using it. Overall, I had a peaceful and relaxing stay and would book again. Just be aware that there may be additional costs beyond the original booking price.

Great view, loved the tub, and the the bed was super comfy. The jacuzzi was chefs kiss! Thank you!

Location was nice. View of the Bay was very good We arrive two hours before check-in. The room was ready but they wouldn’t let us access the room without a $50 up charge. So we sat in the lobby for two hours and waited till 4 PM. Very weak. room was very warm due to no AC or fan. Left sliding glass door and front door open for ventilation. Front office staff could not recommend anything about bodega Bay.

Uncluttered room, great bathroom w/ jacuzzi tub. Uncomfortable pillows!

I found the facilities and the on-site staff great. Especially as the price is lower the similarly located and appointed hotels nearby. It was clean, modern, and large! My room was nearish the road so there was some read noise. Rooms would benefit from a fan.
