Room is maintained

As usual everything was great. The view from the room was terrific. The staff was exceptional. We forgot some items in the room and they sent them back to us. We enjoyed the area, wildlife and people. The only hickup was the cleaning staff. We made a mistake and left the do not disturb sign on the door and they left a note saying that they did not enter because of it. The next day we did not put the sign on but they did not show up until about 4pm (my wife was taking a nap. For a few nights it was not a big deal.

The hotel was a great find. It’s only about 10 minutes from bodega head that has stunning views. The happy hour at the property was a great deal and there’s a lot of amenities while we were there. Including a free bottle of wine with our stay, hot tub, sauna, s’mores, and Pilates class outdoor. I would recommend for others to stay at the property and enjoy.

I actually love this property , having enjoyed the spa many times and its facilities. However the front office staff is in need of hospitality training . On two different occasions I’ve had incidents and concerns with privacy and disturbances.. I had asked a manager to get back to me and I’ve never received any feedback on either situations .. I got more of a it’s a “you” problem than any support or assurances..

Wish they didn’t let children be so loud at the pool area. Really ruins the vibe.

The staff, from check in to the bar and the restaurant. Great service, and they went beyond what I would normally expect. Even at a luxurious hotel. The food at the restaurant was fantastic.

Perfect way to celebrate my 60th birthday. The room was beautiful, the view was beautiful and the hot jacuzzi was fabulous.

the restaurant does need some more staff help, the manager was running the restaurant practically solo in a FULL sunday morning service. She was fantastic, but definitely needs the management to give her enough help. A bar tender should always be on service

Beautiful location, generally kind and friendly staff. The beds are too hard, even with an upgrade. But beyond that, the setting and vibe was great.

Property was peaceful and so very relaxing. Would be nice if they at least offered some type of complimentary breakfast item- even if just pastry. But that’s just a small detail … overall we absolutely loved our stay. The fireplace in the room was such a nice touch for the chilly foggy nights. So romantic…

Great hotel

This was place was beautiful, peaceful, charming, great views, great rooms, great location, and good restaurant. I loved my stay, but it was really expensive and I did feel like it was little overpriced.

Beautiful property with views of the bay and Pacific. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast each morning was outstanding. An amazing area with some extraordinary drives through redwoods and along the Russian River.
