When we arrived to check in, we were told that there was no room available. Beware — if you book this hotel through Expedia or another travel app, your reservation is not guaranteed.

It was good only complaint was the tv not working but everything was pretty good stay

Property was new the only issues were tv never worked And bath supplies in the shower were empty

La chambre (le lit) n’était pas fait à notre arrivée. Problème avec le contrôleur de l’air climatisé. Il n’y avait pas de manette pour la TV et la TV n’a jamais été fonctionnel pendant 3 jours. J’ai avisé la réception 3 fois et rien n’a été fait. Je suis un voyageur habitué des Aloft et c’est de loin mon expérience la plus décevante!

Our room was supposed to be ready at 4 pm I was told that because of the room I chose they needed more time (2.5 hrs). The room wasn’t ready until 6:30 I than asked for a later checkout or some kind of compensation and was told by the gentleman that I am not a Marriott member so there’s nothing he can do. First and last time coming here it was not worth the hassle and rudeness.

The hotel from the inside and out were clean. Friendly and helpful staff. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've spelt on.

Rooms were pretty small for the cost. The important things were clean but there could be more care put into house keeping. The AC was struggling to cool. The downstairs bathrooms were either flooded or broken in some way.

Staff was very helpful, and room was great! Very happy with my stay, ended up checking in late night. Bed was very comfortable and coffee was hot and good in the morning. Staff was awesome!

The room was very cool and I could take a shower with warm water. Thank you for your comfortable pillows and bedding. I had a good night's sleep. I also love the cleanliness of the bed and sheets. And thank you for the morning coffee.
