Customer service was top notch and classy....even had a greeter at the front door.

The room was clean and staff was helpful. Only one microwave that available to the guest. No microwave in the rooms.

Our door would not stay locked unless we body slammed it shut, the staff offered no assistance. 1 bottle of water per bed, even if 2 people are staying in a king room, asked for another bottle of water but was told no. Twice we went to desk to ask for assistance, no one was in lobby, they were not on the phone, but we were told to wait, I think they were playing games on the computer? Would highly NOT recommend this hotel due to staff, service and room safety

Staff was great. Hotel felt clean and welcoming Bed was ok for the price i figured it be more comfortable, also the ac leak so there was water all over the floor in the morning.

was an aloft hotel brand i booked a king bed room. they said they had to give me two queen bed instead from what rhey had left (brought my dog so less space). turns out they were two FULL sized beds (even smaller). plus the tv was much smaller than a standard aloft hotel.

Clean, great staff. Best night sleep. They had a large gathering of some sort that ran into the night in the lobby. It never flowed into the guest halls.

I wouldn’t say the hotel had a pool as it’s so small I doubt you could swim in it. The sink in the room leaked water from the faucet onto the counter any time you used it getting anything on bathroom vanity wet. On our second night of stay; the phone in our room starting beeping every 5 mins around 11 pm. After several trips to the front desk to wake up the unhelpful staff; I was told it had to be one of my phones or electronics. I finally figured out it was the hotel phone and didn’t get back to sleep until 2am. Tried to talk to the manager in the morning but they don’t come in until after check out? Was given their business card thinking it was a direct line to their office but instead it’s to corporate line who wants to text me back and forth about my issue. Not helpful Marriott

Great place, close to the highway.

The staff was extremely friendly. The hotel smelled amazing and was very clean. The beds were the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept in. I highly recommend this location

Staff members were disrespectful, there was no working tv and room was not clean , although I checked in late and had to pay for a new reservation staff did not accommodate nor kept their promises. Although I am a Marriott member and stayed at this hotel several times I was still treated poorly .

I had a horrible experience at this hotel. When I did my booking I had requested for an earlier check in time. I was told that wasn’t guarantee and to call the hotel before arriving. I arrived ORD at 0900 and drove around until around noon and called the reservation desk to confirm if my room was available. The gentleman who was very professional put me on hold for about 4 minutes to check. He told me he was happy me I was cleared to check in early. I arrived the hotel about 15 minutes after that call was greeted by a young lady at the receptionist. I immediately sense her attitude, she told me I couldn’t check in early. I tried to explain to her about my earlier call but her attitude was horrible. She finally agreed to check and within 2 minutes checked me in after charging me $20 more for an early check in. To the credit of one staff member that walked in. I believe her name is Michelle. She was very professional and light up the room with her customers service skills. Upon arriving at my floor I noticed the hotel was undergoing some paint renovation. If you can imagine the smell of fresh paint. I immediately felt sick. For the entire duration of my stay I was coughing and sneezing due to the smell of paint. As if all this was not enough, I stopped at the front desk and personally requested for house keeping and I was told they only do housekeeping every other day. I would think that housekeeping should be done upon request regardless of the policy.

The smell of epoxy was so strong in the hallway, better ventilation was needed
