Man burde få sine penge retur.

The mattress was terrible .I pay for a king size bed cause suppose to be better than other regular and was so bad also we found a little bugs and cockroaches

Pool out servce

Very clean, staff friendly, and very quick process checking in and checking out

The room and facility were great. Check -in was done on a machine with a staff member on a screen, and the room keys that were issued did not work. I had them replaced, but only one of them ended up working. Other than that, it was a good option on a budget.

Property and room was clean. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only property issue was the Wi-Fi was terrible. It would connect for a minute or two and then disconnect. In order to try to get it to connect again you had to forget the network and start from scratch. We were only there one night so I could survive, but if I was there longer and trying to work it would have a big issue. The other non property issue was some goofball playing loud music in his truck (also had the doors open) at 1230am in the parking lot outside our windows.

-
They were perfectly nice/helpful and kind . It was just weird not dealing with a front desk person not actually present in front of you .
