There was a problem with the lights in the room. They were on some sort of timer that required us to open the front door in order to reset them. Several times while we were in the shower or in the bathroom, the lights would go out. we were unable to turn them back on. The one morning we were unable to turn on the bathroom lights, or the light that was over the coffee prep area without opening the hotel room door.

The location was perfect—close to beautiful beaches, great restaurants, and local attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The pool and amenities were excellent, and the entire hotel had a relaxing, family-friendly atmosphere. Our room was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and everything we needed was provided. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return the next time we're in Bonita Springs. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

For some reason our room was not cleaned again after request. This is the second time this has happened. Not sure why this is happening.

Room was ok but we didn’t get no toothbrushes kit packs in the bathrooms didn’t have anything for the baby to use to bathe with . I know it’s not your fault but we didn’t expect to forget it . All the associates are very nice & friendly.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. The free parking was very convenient and made my trip much easier. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
