I liked the location, the room was very nice and larger than expected I didn’t like that even though it was a “virtual check in” we still had to have a person come in the screen to help. I feel like that just made it harder and take longer. It would have been easier to just have a person at the desk.

There are no humans for the check-in process. Only a kiosk and it takes a lot of time just to check in with many questions. There was a line out the door for people to check in. They also gave me a room that was under construction so I had to re-check-in again Takes way too much time. Really bad experience. Very impersonal.

comfy bed, generally clean except for some spots, good shower miserable poorly setup breakfast with all cheap toxic plastic kitchenware - not respectable for a hotel

There’s no staff, or anyone at the front desk to be specific. I assume they have some workers there. But the front desk is a screen and you talk to someone in another country through said screen. They outsourced front desk receptionists here. I probably wouldn’t have stayed had I known ahead of time. Outsourcing a front receptionist to save money is wild to me. Rooms were clean and nice, but wifi was terrible. I gave it a 3 based off cleanliness and upkeep. Hated the front desk experience or lack there of.
