We stay here frequently, always clean, very well kept up, staff always friendly and helpful, has several restaurants 2 on property, All sorts of restaurants nearby, and the beach is literally minutes away, rooms are larger than most places, and very quiet, and peaceful, more adult friendly,nice views of the lake.They do have express breakfast if you’re in a hurry. No charge for parking. Could have streaming for entertainment at night, and WiFi needs to be better.

Clean, bed comfortable, great location, smells so good and clean. Cleaning staff friendly The staff is definitely not the same. My husband and I have been coming here for many years. Not friendly and the lakehouse staff is awful! This hotel has lost its charm that I found a long time ago. I see why gratuity is added to your bill at the lakehouse as they would never get a tip. Kindness and a smile goes a long way!

Location of the property is great. Pool chairs are extremely used and old. Hotel also had a smell of mold to it.

This is our absolute favorite hotel to stay at when we are in the Fort Myers area. We are close to all of the beaches, it has a great warm pool, a fabulous little bar and grill right next door and if you want a true Italian market go across the street. You are close to restaurants of all cuisines and it is just a lovely experience. We will go nowhere else.

I have to talk about the front desk. They are so welcoming and Heather is just the best. I had an issue with my reservation and she took care of me with no hesitation! I come here a few times a year and it’s simply the best!
