This hotel is a perfect location if you’re going out in Bonita And or Naples the happy hour is great menu is 50% off of appetizers and it’s prepared at chop steakhouse, which is a great deal

The hotel its always clean and the rooms too. Everytime we travel to Bonita we stay at this hotel. The staff are professional and helpful. The hotel is close to nice restaurants and shops. The hotel its more appropiate for mature population so is quiet.

Check-in was a disaster, young lady @ front desk was rude, never welcomed us, never even smiled, failed to make eye contact! There was no cable TV and 1 elevator was broken! Other than that, hotel is in excellent location and accommodations are very good which includes 2 restaurants w/ great dining offers! Despite the lows, I will definitely consider staying again soon!

My family including 2 children are still waiting to hear from anyone in staff regarding the way we were harassed during our stay. Horrible time. I tried to be contact the manager but no one ever returns my call or emails. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I even have a police report.

No coffee much less complimentary till 7am. Room coffee was the worst I have ever had. Room was damp A/C didn't dehumidify room was damp and smelled damp. The on site food was ok but way over priced. Hotel staff was poor had very little concern for condition of room nor the bugs hanging out on ceiling. No value I'm going back to Hilton.

As always staff is pleasant and extremely helpful. Property is always clean and well maintained. Both restaurants were good and a great value.

Room was okay but always cool and damp. Fridge had water puddle on carpet every morning. Carpet and bed always feels damp. Coffee was really bad.

Very quiet. Outdoor pool was refreshing the seating, clean and neatly organized.

We arrived at 1:30 and asked if any rooms were available. The clerk pointed to a hand made sign 45$ charge 3 hours early 30$ charge 1 hours early 25$ charge 30 minutes early. I have consulted for 6 years, stayed in hundreds of nights in hotels and never was I Charged 45$ to check in Early. Oh and if you want lat check out, 45$ The front desk, the rudest clerk I wver Have dealt with. Bonita Springs has a dozen hotels way nicer for the same price. We are never staying at this sleazy hotel again.
