Homewood Suites by Hilton Bonita Springs Naples North

Found tiny bugs all over the floor and the bed. Front desk employee was less than enthused when I asked for assistance. He didn’t apologize, simply told me he could change my room “if you want”. It worked out in the end but was super off putting. Breakfast was good and the attendant working was sweet. Probably wouldn’t stay again though.

We love the hotel and the staff very nice, the hotel very clean we love everything.

La muchacha de la reception la que te recibe cuando llegas no dio mucha information sobre el hotel ni su estancia, por decir casi ni hablo, nada explicativa, debe tener alguien que haga mejor customer service.

The room was perfect and very clean. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Every single person we came in contact with that worked for the resort was wonderful from the front desk to maintenance to housekeeping to the lady.In the dining room. When we hit your place, we had already been in five different resorts.And you was the number one choice by far.

Very convenient hotel with all you need

Primera reserva que hago en este hotel y vi lo que no me imaginaba que pudiera pasar un hotel con el único elevador que tiene estuvo fuera de servicio desde el viernes hasta hoy domingo que fue el día de mi salida,por lo tanto no se lo recomiendo a nadie. Ni siquiera nos dieron un descuento de la reserva por el servicio que nos ofrecieron

Our room is always clean and the staff is always nice and helpful. The breakfast is to die for. Only one incident and the las 6 years we been going there is that this time the elevator was broken. But the stairs had ac.

The elevator was not working.The hallway was smelly.

Great stay for us only issue was the elevator wasn’t working but not a big deal

We stayed for 8 nights and every day the lift was out of use to the point on 6/26 the lift was permanently out of use this was definitely not good for us as we were on the third floor. Every day we had to carry our belongings up and down there stairs including our beach items. We continually asked about the lift but was told they were waiting for a part I asked if there would be any help with our luggage down the stairs when leaving Trinity said maintenance might help when they arrived for work. In the end my husband and I managed to get 2 large suitcases, 2 small suitcases and several bags down ourselves I stay at the homewood suites some years ago and vowed I would never stay again but I relented and gave the hotel another go big mistake Also only 1 washer and dryer working and every morning there were piles of rubbish people had left at the bins at the end of corridors not very hygienic. The 2 guys on reception were helpful and were apologetic

This hotel was very well kept and clean, and it was in a nice area. The free breakfast was really delicious. The pool was nice and heated. The front desk receptionist who checked us was a younger man with glasses. He was very nice and accommodating. I would 100% stay here again.
