La habitación no estaba muy limpia las alfombras muy viejas y no tienen buen olor los baños no están bien limpios - el desayuno no estuvo mal

Olga was amazing. What a great staff. I can’t express how welcoming they are it felt as if they were family the minute we arrived. Thank you Olga and crew. For making us feel at home. ❤️❤️❤️

•We had a little mishap when we got Checked in, the room assigned to us belong to someone else, but it was quickly fixed by management and got upgraded from a 2 queen bed to a suite. The 2nd floor thou, smelled like dogs, the whole hallway. But for a quick weekend getaway it worked perfect for us.

Breakfast was the same EVERYDAY! No change. The staff at the desk was nice. Called at 630am for a room even number and by the pool (also asked when made the reservation) and in the morning it was available but when we got there is was no longer available. Door lock on room 121 (after the first night) was unlocked when we returned from our outing. Maintenance said they couldn’t fix it so we had no choice but to collect all our stuff and move ALL the way ( room 114) down the other end of the hall. Farthest from where I originally wanted to be. Again the lady at the desk said that that was the only room available at the time. No compensation or anything. I would like to know how , when reservations are made months in advance how to get a room near where I wanted.

Además el desayuno un caos muchísima gente y sin donde sentarse tan siquiera Pedí q revisaran mi habitación xq el baño no descargaba bien y ni siquiera eso hicieron Los pasillos sucios y con mal olor x todos lados Lo único bueno de este lugar es q está a 8 minutos de la playa pero por todo lo demas una mala experiencia 😓

El desayuno muy bueno pero se demoraban en surtir los productos que se agotaban.

Muy viejo el hotel los baños no le funcionaba las luces la bañadera en muy mal estado, está cerca de la playa eso sí y el desayuno no estuvo mal pero tiene mal olor a humedad las habitaciones y en mi caso me hicieron cuatro cobros en la targeta sin saber darme explicación cuando reclame por qué. Las personas del lobby son muy atentos todos eso si.

Great coffee all day

Always a great place! Clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff is wonderful ~ always warm, welcoming and accommodating! Nothing was unpleasant at all.

Very clean. Friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast. Its and older hotel that needs some updates but overall I was very satisfied with my stay.

Place is nice and clean. Only thing that got me upset was the parking charge that I was not aware of till the day before arriving when I got message from the property

It was poor, dirty, dingy and the moment we got to our room we found tiny roaches in the tub and bathroom area. They are severely understaffed and the staff they do have seem either burnt out or too bothered to care. The weekend breakfast buffet was decent but with only one person tending to this space and a hotel booked to capacity, you can imagine how quick the trash piled up. I mentioned it to the young man at Front Desk but no one helped, they just simply sat in their stations. The pool was dirty, maybe the rain but wet towels laying around and broken chairs, not a place for our family to have fun. Our hallway & room smelled like moldy food and smoke. Hopefully this gets fixed but next time we’re going to the Hampton Inn across the way.

Good stay at a good price.

Everything was great, especially Olga at the front desk.
