However, what upset me the most was my experience at breakfast with Kenia. We politely informed her that the waffle machine was not working. She told us, “One moment,” but then spent about five minutes cleaning tables while a line of guests was waiting to make waffles. We politely reminded her that the machine still wasn’t working. She responded, “I know,” then walked into the kitchen, slammed the broom, and loudly said, “Oh my God.” I found her behavior disrespectful and unprofessional. As paying guests, we expected to be treated with courtesy and respect, and this experience was very disappointing.

Clean, comfortable hotel. Nothing to complain about here! The front staff was kind and helpful. Recommended - it was cheaper than the fancy hotels and not much more expensive than the cheaper hotels (while certainly being nicer!)

Excelente experiencia. El hotel estaba muy limpio, la habitación era cómoda y bien equipada, y el personal fue muy amable y atento durante toda nuestra estadía. La ubicación es muy conveniente, cerca de las playas y de varios restaurantes. El ambiente es tranquilo, ideal para descansar y disfrutar de Naples. Sin duda volveríamos y lo recomendamos a cualquiera que visite la zona.

Everything else was great! Will return!

Room was in ok condition. There was hair in the bathroom and surfaces were grimy. The floor felt very dirty with pieces of carpet coming up. Air condition was not very cold. We were also denied any sort of late checkout because we booked on a third party, even though we are Hilton Honors members. Quite disappointing. Breakfast was so so.

Travis helped us at the front desk. He checked us in quickly and arranged our two rooms to be next to each other. All the other staff members we talked to were helpful and friendly. The property was clean and well-maintained. if I’m ever out here again, I will definitely be staying.

Staff was very friendly & professional. The breakfast was good. The room was fine, with one exception. The TV kept glitching the whole time we were watching a movie, couldn't get a clear picture. Overall, it was a good stay. Thank you.
